Nutricost Chelated Iron, As Ferrochel, 36mg, 240 Capsules

Not sure what it is - but these tablets made me feel off. I have experienced a similar sensation with Zinc tablets (after changing the brand I felt fine)

This is the iron you want! I went through a few years where I couldn't eat, and I was so weak I could barely move. One of the issues was lack of iron, and iron supplementation is usually a nightmare. I like the capsule form—no strange iron smell or aftertaste, and the pills didn’t upset my stomach and were easy to swallow. It's too early to tell whether this supplement will help elevate my serum iron level until my next blood test. We'll see.
