I think this is a good device. I got it as a replacement for the Topping E30 because I needed the extra inputs for my setup (the ability to control my game console headphone amp and speakers from one device is really nice). The display is nice and vibrant and it's nice having the option to control the volume via remote. Granted that mode doesn't get as loud as it does running it as just a dac.It's not that big of an issue though. The dac still sounds fine. There's a bunch of filters and stuff that probably don't change the sound but they are there if someone wants to mess with them. I can only hear up to 17kHz and can't tell if there is any difference. But if you think you have super ear powers you've got settings to mess with.I recommend getting an ac adaptor even though you can plug it into your computer. At moderate to loud volumes you can still hear pc electronic noise. Separating the power to it's own source helps with that significantly. I bought some thing from iFi to help with this for too much money...don't buy that. Just get something for 15 bucks it will do the same thing. There is a slight issue with what I assume is quantizing noise but it's only noticeable on lower res audio like YouTube. This is not an issue at all with music apps. I've tested YouTube music, Apple music, and Spotify. Everything is crisp and clear. All in all I like it and recommend it but only buy it if you need the inputs. If not go with a cheaper option. The Topping E30 or a Schiit Modi.

Mi equipo ha mejorado bastante, con un sonido más limpio y claro, con agudos brillantes y unos bajos bastante bien logrados, me encanta. Creo que este DAC transmite una señal de alta calidad. El sonido final depende del resto de componentes, pero el DAC le proporciona una señal limpia que hace que los altavoces suenen como tienen que sonar, ni más ni menos.
