Ordered this watch for my son for Christmas. He opened his gift and tried to set the date and it got stuck and wouldn't work. I felt awful about it because he loved the watch. So I ordered another one before completing the return for the first one. The second watch has been great! However the return on the first one has not been refunded!!!! I sent the watch back and they received it. They have had it for a while! Now they say there is a problem and they need more info... when I check refund status on my account. I cannot get through to anyone about what they need. I need help as I do not want to have to pay for 2 watches. I do not like how customer service is working. Who can I speak with?

The media could not be loaded. It looks great, it is little weight perfect size for man's wrist and the value for the price is amazing. Absolutely functional for even everyday use.

I bought this watch because I liked the design - When it arrived I took it out of the nice pleather package and pulled the watch out.The watch had some very nice weight to it, it's heavy, but how a watch should be. The week, month and day displays are all rather small, which I kinda get being it's a watch, but I feel like it could be a tad bigger, the watch face has room.The watch came defective though, which gives it some detractors in my opinion, the second hand doesn't move at all, and I did wind it up. I'll keep trying before I send it back, just to make sure, but all in all, if you get a working one, it seems worth it.
