I absolutely love these! Great quality, the color is beautiful, each dish is slightly different but the same and I love the color variations on each dish. They do fit in the dishwasher but the bowls are bit awkward so I have been handwashing those so as not to chip them.

We bought these dishes about a year ago and they have held up well. Every time we have new guest over they always comment that they love our dishes and the fact that each item is unique. The colors seem to compliment everything around them. We would buy these again!

These are beautiful plates. Exactly as listed so pay attention to those details. If you like perfect symmetry in shape, texture, and color then these are not for you. But if you want something warm & comforting; dishes that feel and look handmade then check them out. I will say the color overall is not as dark as the picture, nor what I would love most, but still very beautiful. The weight is perfect, the shapes have that rustic edge, the colors work together. We especially love the dimple effect! But what really sold it to us was the bowl. These bowls are THE BEST. They tend to feature the darkest colors, fit perfectly into one (adult size) hand, and even a fresh, steaming serving of hot soup is comfortable to hold. I know you're concerned about the red warning listing this item as "frequently returned", as I was, but worry not. I think that is due to folks expecting symmetrical dishes exactly the shade in the picture. These are not that. It could also be due to breakage: my first box had 1 dish broken, so I contacted the maker and they replaced it right away, I think it took 4 business days total. Encouraged by the excellent customer service from Vancasso and my family's instant love for these dishes, I ordered 2 more boxes for a full service of 12, not a single dish was broken. So if you love the rugged, variagated look and feel of stoneware in shades of blue-green to mossy fields, these are right up your alley. And if any are broken, contact Vancasso through the Amazon app, they'll take good care of you. I'll probably order a 4th box just because I have a large family and the kids often do the dishes... 🫣🤪

Love the color. Love the sizes. Love the variability of the colors/edges/hammered texture - this shows that they are "handmade and thrown". What I don't like is the centers of the small plates aren't centered - they were not checked well for quality control. When I realized this it was too late to send them back, but both sets are like this. I truly love the colors and other variability of them, but this one thing really makes me give them a much lower rating than I would have. The sets (bought 2 to have a setting for 8) are very heavily made - which is a plus. They seem to be very durable. But the issues with the quality of the small plates for a "commercial" product is unacceptable for the price being paid for them. Edited 8/14/24: The manufacturer reached out to me to make the issues with the small plates right. They were very apologetic and empathetic to the fact that there had been issues with the small plates. They have ensured that the issues are being dealt with at the manufacturing facilities. We came to a mutual resolution which was satisfactory for both parties. Due to the CS Department reaching out to make these issues right I have increased my 3 star rating to a 4 star rating. I withheld 1 star due to the original problems with the product, otherwise this Seller is really great to work with.

I had my old dishes over 10 years, can you believe that?! So, I decided to replace them with this Starry 12. We love them! The colors are beautiful and it's easy to find accessories from other companies that would blend in. They wash well and they are not too hot when placed in the microwave. They are a little heavier than my old stoneware dishes but that's OK. A downside for some may be that the dishes are not perfectly round. Also, one dish didn't nestle flat in the dish underneath it. Honestly, they are so pretty, sturdy, and they handle and wash well. The plates are a good size and so are the bowls. The bowls are large enough for soup or salad, or cereal. After buying the initial set with four, 10 oz. coffee mugs, we decided to buy two more sets without coffee mugs. We've gotten compliments on them and the colors are beautiful! I recommend these dishes and would definitely buy them again!

Honestly these look great, they are stylish and sturdy. Can't think of a thing to complain about

Been using daily for 6 months now and love these dishes. Had a piece com in cracked and the company replaced instantly. Saw some negative reviews about the packaging but I had 0 issues. I have these dishes, serving plates, soup cricks, pie plates and dipping square plates. Love them all. Highly recommend

Delivered 8-9 months ago. First I love the style of these dishes 5 stars. One pasta bowl broke in shipping. Immediately replaced 5 stars. We are household of 2 and hand wash dishes daily. Took this long to realize (lack of use) that 2 of four bread plates were deformed saucers (pic) 2 stars. Dinner plates glaze is wearing off 1 pretty bad (pic paper towel blocking reflection) and other not as bad 2 stars. Going to have to replace dinner plates with something else. Keeping the rest love color and style.

Order received exactly on time as promised. I am very pleased with this new set of dish's and they look quit elegant on the kitchen table! Exactly what I wanted color wise, shape and finish, could not be happier.

Premetto con il dire che i piatti sono bellissimi esteticamente, curati nel minimo dettaglio e perfettamente corrispondenti alle foto. Ho ordinato tre pacchi di piatti e purtroppo un piatto piano è arrivato rotto. Ho provato a contattare il venditore ma senza alcun esito e non ho potuto fare il reso ad Amazon perché ho tolto l’imballo dopo il periodo previsto per il reso. Altra piccola osservazione per successivi clienti è che il piatto fondo purtroppo non è abbastanza capiente per la pasta, Vale a dire non è il classico piatto per noi italiani! Lo userò per i contorni o al massimo per piatti come cous cous o insalate di riso. Tutto sommato ho dato tre stelle per la bellezza del servizio. Ottima la spedizione Amazon come sempre.
