Try this to get it to work
Tried tons of sleep aids over the years. Hate them all. Most leave me groggy the next day. Mostly I have insomnia. My brain won’t shut off. I like LE products so tried this. Took it per the label, about 30-60 min before bed. Not much of a feel. Sort of like a 1/2 glass of wine but not enough to put me to sleep. Each time I took it after dinner, so I had food in my stomach. Woke up not groggy at all, but had a hard time getting to sleep. Then I thought I’d try it earlier. Took it about 10 min before dinner, about 2 hrs before bed. Then it really worked. But took about 2 hrs and I was very sleepy and my brain was shut down. So for people who can’t get it to work, try it before food on an empty stomach about 2 hrs before bed. Another tip… as soon as you feel sleepy go to bed. Don’t delay. Then adjust when you take it the next night

This is a good supplement to take in the middle of the night after that first bathroom pee.. it helps me to relax and go back to sleep

SLEEPLESS NIGHTS IN MY 60'S
Been using these for 2 weeks now. My mind just never stops once I hit the pillow and I was having a hard time with sleep - something I had never experienced before. My doctor recommended this product and so far I have had great results and have been having great restful nights since using. I didn't want to take sleeping pills or nightime aspirin so this seems like a better choice.
