Awesome little hook remover! Was packed super well, see photos and unboxing video. Was looking for something that wasnt the other style of squeeze handle and its exactly what i wanted with being able to squeeze with it straight down the middle my hand giving me more control. Havent tried it out with a fish yet but some initial testing makes me think its gonna work great. One star off just because during testing i noticed my product seems to be tight or slightly binding in one area of the shaft which may get worse under pressure during use so that may get worse over time and product break down but i will update review if that happens, works well for use though. Overall outlook on the product: Great, would buy again. I uploaded some photos and video. Quality: Appears to be solidly made. From initial review there are no problems noted. Colors vibrant, matches listing. Easy to use for the products intended purpose. Functionality: Works as described on listing. No issues found so far. Good quality

After going through a few pairs of long-nose pliers for removing hooks ranging from size 4 to 2/0 from saltwater fish, I decided to look into trying this type of hook remover. I find this type to be a better alternative to the traditional long-nose that many saltwater fishermen use. It's much easier and faster to remove hooks seeing that the tool is able to grab and trap the hook without worrying about grip and helps your hands' strength and force remove the hooks with hardly any issues. The narrow size also comes in very handy for getting into certain areas that can make it hard to remove hooks from with traditional long-nose pliers.

Looks good and durable

I use this to help remove hooks from catfish and the occasional turtle. It takes some practice and there’s a learning curve but mostly works pretty well. Seems to be made of good material
