Is there a warranty or a contact number? Took less than a month for the string to break

I don't know Mine broke first pull

Will this fit a Stihl 250c

Couldn't get it to fit my ms250c but eventually got it on. Felt compression on the first two pulls (was worried it was a blown saw). THEN the starter assembly simply broke, under 30 minutes and yes I monkey fist tied the rope; it didn't go through but now it hangs out about 6"+ and will not recoil. I do NOT recommend this!
