** UPDATE ** The seller was quick to respond to my concern about the mirror being set incorrectly and sent a new one to me within a few days. Absolutely WONDERFUL customer service. I love this mirror. I use it every day and probably more than my normal mirror on the wall. Ha ha. I absolutely love this mirror. I mounted it upside down to work in my bathroom better and it works perfectly. It was easy for my teen son to install for me which we did in a stud as recommended. It is very sturdy once installed and easy to clean. The magnification isn't so high that it distorts, but good enough to help you see those pores and pesky hairs that need to be plucked. I also wear glasses and am able to use this without my glasses to put my make-up on. I did mark it down a star because the mirror on the one side isn't mounted exactly right so the edge of the mirror is seen on the non-magnified side. I have emailed their customer service to let them know and will update my review depending on the response.
