No. But you could try placing cornstarch on the mold to help it not stick.

What is the shrinkage rate of this clay?

Typical is supposed to be 10% but it seems to be a bit more

What kind of oven do i use for this?

Kiln - can’t be a conventional oven

My studio only bisque fire at cone 04 and glaze fire at cone 6. Will this clay work for that?

Yes I have bisque fired to come 04 and glazed at cone 6 with success. It is a light clay somewhere between 181 and porcelain when glazed
