I recently purchased electronic blinds that successfully connect to both an app and Alexa, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The integration with the app and Alexa works seamlessly, allowing for convenient control of the blinds with just my voice or a few taps on my phone. Assembly was a bit complicated, and the instructions could definitely use some improvement to make the process smoother. However, once everything was set up, the performance has been outstanding. I did encounter an issue with the product dimensions initially, but the customer service was fantastic. They addressed my problem quickly and efficiently, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Thanks to their excellent support, everything is now working perfectly. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would totally recommend these electronic blinds to anyone looking for a modern and convenient solution for their home.

When I first saw this on amazon I was very hesitant to order, but I figured I would give them a try. The product arrived in the time frame that they indicated and the instruction for installation were very easy to understand. I install the the sliding panels and it only took several hours (probably would have been quicker if I had followed their instructions perfectly). After a week we decided that would have preferred a different color panel, so I contacted Yoolax and explained that it wasn't their error but ours. They responded within a day and gave us a very fair price to exchange for a different color. The new panels and valance arrived with instructions on how to change them out. The end of my story is that we are extremely satisfied and will be ordering from Yoolax in the future and Highly Recommend Them - excellent service and the product works!!!

The good and the bad. The product installation instructions are translated from very bad Chinese but this shouldn't deter you. If you have an inkling of tech skills, it won't be an issue. Follow your gut and most of all, my best advice is when actually getting ready to attach to your wall don't use the supplied tape to mark your drill holes to mount the blinds. Actually find the studs above your sliding glass door and mount screws into the studs. It's 100% more secure than the drywall anchors supplied. Find your own #8 2 1/2" drywall screws also. You'll thank me. There are no good videos to look at online to install this particular blind either. That's too bad for a $700 blind. It did hook up rather easy to my home wifi but know that it can only connect to 2.4 g wifi. Connecting to our home automated Amazon Alexa went pretty quick once I figured this out. Finally, if you have no tech skills to install this or don't have anyone handy to do it for you, this is NOT the product for you.

The material is of great quality and it has a beautiful style. The only problem and set back are the instructions provided with the blind. I had to get in touch with them twice because they shipped wrong instruction and a second time because instructions provided the second time were not clear.

I am happy with the looks and quality. The main problem I have is with the installation instructions. Rail and valance instructions are fine. At what height should the height tape be placed? I found out by installing a panel on the floor and measuring. I discovered that from panel bottom to wall bracket is the height measurement I gave them. Secondly it doesn't explain how the one powered panel moves the other panels when opening and closing. No mention of the plastic projections on the panel tops and what they do. Also that if it opens on the right the powered panel should be moved to the right before installing the others. I am very mechanically minded but had some problems. If you are not you will have need help. Fortunately Yoolax seems to have a very good network to assist those that need help.

I installed panel blinds for a 3 door sliding glass door. One of the panels was not quite right. They went above and beyond to make it right! Buying more for sure!

I always dread installing blinds and curtains, so when these arrived, I was apprehensive, however, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy these were to install. The quality and attention to detail with these blinds is very impressive. They seem to be very proud of their products and it shows. These blinds operate very quietly too. We love them!
