Q: Isn't it concerning that it has Ethanol in it?? Especially 20-24%??

No not to me. I am not using it as a sweetener though. I am using this product as part of a Lyme Protocol. There was a research project done that showed that this particular brand of Stevia killed more Lyme in the lab than the others not sure if the ethanol is the reason, but I've actually seen a bit of improvement using it.

Q: Is this a whole leaf extract?

The company says on their bottle, " Nutramedix utilizes a propriety extraction & enhancement process that provides a highly bio-active full spectrum extract" I hope this was helpful.

Q: Most stevia has a weird chemical/bitter taste and aftertaste. Does this taste like other stevias on the market?

The plant stevia can to some people have a metallic taste I was once told. I grew some this paste summer and didn't find that to be true. I didn't notice that with this stevia either.

Q: Curious why all the amazon based sales are between 70~100% more than online sellers like iherb or natural healthy concepts?

Because sellers purchase from these vendors and resell on Amazon Obviously you can save more money from purchasing from these vendors.
