Not sure how i feel about this, it gave me more neck pain than it helped

This was recommended to me by a soft tissue and remedial therapist and it has made a huge impact already.

This product is great for your neck especially if you are a string musician or on the computer all day.

This was purchased as a Christmas gift, but I don't think I'll be giving it. It arrived in a plastic bag. No box, no pamphlet, write-up or diagrams. The color is darker than indicated, which isn't a big deal, but the overall look is of something bought at a dollar store. For the price, I expected some kind of packaging, so that the gift recipient doesn't need me standing right there to explain what it is or how it works. I'll be looking for a replacement in a local athletic therapy store, and will return this one

Partner and I both tried it out and it was very uncomfortable for both of us. If anything it made the tension worse. We’ll stick to the rolled towel method. If it worked, this product would have been great - cheap and without that nasty chemical smell.
