the powder form and scoop is great, the smell isn't nice but the taste is absolutely aweful. Only way i can stomach it is to make a mini coffee and skull it before breakfast so i can wash it down with oats and real coffee haha...BUT gotta do what you gotta do!

I like the slightly sour taste almost it's a fairly small scoop so just chase with water. Has a mild energizing effect for me feels positive. I like the brand and the tubs seems high quality.

I have been using a jar of this stuff for over two years and I find the taste and smell perfectly fine. It is a little tart but the way I use it makes it great. Here is what I call a Hotshot. At the end of my daily fast I sometimes get a little hungry so I created the Hotshot. Here is the recipe. One tablespoon ACV, A grind of sea salt, Half a lemon squeezed, One scoop Choline Bitartrate Powder, Add cold filtered water to taste. I like it strong. This mixture gives me a lift, helps my digestion, cleans out my liver, and kills my hunger. I have been doing this for 3 years now and it has not killed me yet. I am not a doctor but I play one on TV. Use at your own risk.
