Dirt Devil Style 1 Vacuum Belt, Pack of 2, Black, Part # 3157260001, Belt Replacement for Use in Dirt Devil Vacuum Cleaner Models

This fit my m08100redc hand held DD perfectly. I works like new again. It is hard to get on at first because it's so new. I had trouble with it popping off at first but we figured out you have to just twist it in the other direction when putting it on the metal top piece.

Works with my Dirt Devil (Royal) Model M08100REDC handheld vacuum. Hard time finding the drive belt for these handheld vacuums. Used a rubber "O" ring gasket I had laying around until it recently broke. Found these on Amazon and took a chance based on the mixed reviews and size requirement. Well, this works like the original! Some people complained that it kept popping off and if the belt isn't installed in the correct direction, it will pop off. Put the belt around the brush bar, insert brush bar into the opening but not into it's holders. Push in at an angle to slip the drive belt over the motor bar. The left side of the belt as looking into the bottom with the bag down should come around and over the right side. If you have long fingers like me I was able to place the brush bar into it's holding position and pull the belt, though tight, from the front opening twist to the left and slip it on the motor bar. Turn on then off to ensure it's installed correctly. When you turn it off is when it will pop off if not. Trial and error! Install, if it pops off, twist the other direction and re-enstall. Wish Royal would make these again! Only handheld I can find that is great at getting dog hair off the seats and floor mats in my truck! Good luck!

bought these for my older adirt Devil handheld vacuum. They looked small but fit perfectly.

I couldn't find replacement belts locally so I was happy to see them here. I wasn't sure it was the right belt since my vac is well over 15 years old. It's a Model 500. The new belts are a tight pull to install (I used a flat blade screwdriver levered through the front access hole to get it stretched over the drive end after first putting the brush through it). I believe these are exactly the dimensions of the original belts before they stretched from use. It works great so I hope these new ones last as many years as the originals did.

Hubs wanted me to toss our lovely, red Dirt Devil hand vac in the trash when the roller brush stopped rotating. I knew it had to be the belt and it was. I watched a Youtube video on how to change it out and then gave it to my daughter to fix lol! She had it apart in no time, new belt on and shortly later other daughter was vacuuming the steps. No way was I gonna trash it.

Got it fast and is what I need.

I wanted a portable vacuum with a vacuum cleaner bag in it,I am not a huge fan of the bagless vacuum cleaners, for obvious reasons. (Dust and animal hair tend to be re-released when you dump the bag. I don't want to "experience" what I have already vacuumed. Simply counter productive.) The Dirt Devil works pretty well, however, it IS heavy which other reviewers mentioned and I chose to ignore. I liked the price point and the fact that it had a bag. So, I got what I paid for. It is good for the couch vacuuming, which is mainly what I got it for. Serviceable for the inside of my car, but not super fun to use due to the weight.

Used the DD belt to activate my DD Handvac. The offered video is a must........easy to install.

Fits good with the vacuum but doesn’t include any installation tool, so it’s a little difficult to install it. I haven’t test its lasting.

Bought this online cheap from Amazon. Used it to fix a Dirt Devil Ultra I picked up used for $8. Now running like a charm! It was tacked on with a 1 day Prime order to boot :)

Had my Dirt Devil so long the belt wore out. This replacement belt fit perfectly and ready to use it for another decade. Easy to replace.
