Q: Does it stick to Aluminium screen enclosure on aluminium poles?

I have not used on aluminum, but on wood and plastic, yes. On my signs, I use these (thin metal signs on wreaths). I always put e-6000 or Weldbond on surface, then let tack and use the sticky adhesive to secure. My wreaths are not heavy nor have pull on them. Just secure the piece to wreath frame. I can't say they would stand up to pulling on??? Sorry.

Q: Would you use these for solar cables on the roof of an RV?

I have had a good experience using these adhesive pads and zip ties on camper for camera power and transmitter wiring. Also used to run power wire from battery along truck frame, with no issues. Not sure how large and stiff your wires are. Maybe you just use more of them. The pads have held up fine, have two zip ties become brittle and break. My concern is of UV damage of zip ties. I would buy again for similar tasks.

Q: Do these yellow over time?

No, as long as it's not in the sun for too long.

Q: Are screws suitable for exterior use?

I would purchase a screws that are a little longer. The screws that came with the tie wraps are a little small.
