Exceptional Water Filtration – Highly Recommended!
I couldn’t be happier with my iSpring RCC1UP-AK Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System! As someone who’s been concerned about the quality of tap water, especially the fluoride content, this system has completely changed my peace of mind. I’ve always been cautious about the water we drink and cook with, and now I feel so much safer. Setting it up was pretty straightforward. The instructions were clear, and the system fit under my sink without any issues. After installation, I tested the water with a TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) tester, and I was amazed to see that the water was at a perfect 43 ppm – that’s incredibly low and means the filtration is working exactly as promised. For reference, my tap water had a TDS reading 155, so this system really makes a huge difference. The taste of the water is noticeably better. It's crisp, clean, and refreshing – perfect for drinking, cooking, and making coffee or tea. I feel so much more confident using it in all aspects of my daily routine. Overall, I highly recommend the iSpring RCC1UP-AK system to anyone who’s looking for a reliable, high-quality reverse osmosis filtration system. Good System - Good Customer Service
Updated Review Below after dealing with customer service to fix the system. Edits: The system has been five stars all along, however, there was a period when I had given it 4 stars due to the difficulty in obtaining replacement filter packs. I was told by customer service this was due to the pandemic and supply shortages for the UV bulbs. In the past 6 to 12 months I have not seen any filter supply outages. I am re-instating five stars. I own a residence in the country and I am on well water. I drink a lot of water. For years I had a water cooler and had 5 gallon bottles of water delivered. So I am very used to the taste of that water. I decided, as a way to save money, I would get a RO water filtration system installed under the sink of my house. After researching for a fair amount of time I ended up purchasing the 7 stage 100 GPD iSpring RO system in late 2019. I watched the installation video and read the directions. It was pretty simple to set up. It does take some time to get it completely installed. I took my time and I am happy with the final installation. I feel that the video and the written instructions are very good to help get the system installed. After the installation the instructions state to fill the tank and then empty it. I followed those directions. At first I wasn't a big fan of the taste differences. I can tell the difference between a lot of the off-the-shelf bottled water, so I figured this would take a bit of time to get accustomed to the taste of the local well-water and the difference in how the final product was filtered. As time went on I started to enjoy the taste of the water. One of the big reasons I got this system was the protection from possible pollutants that could get into the water. I have the well system tested, but that only tells me the water is okay at that point-in-time. I have no idea if it is still good a month later. This system gives me peace in that regard. I am satisfied with the system. I am happy that I got it and I am no longer buying bottles of water. -----UPDATE 012322----- In December 2021 I started to have an issue with one of the lines. I made a short video and E-mailed it to customer support. I worked with one of their customer support agency, Francis. We exchanged E-mailed back and forth. The first diagnosis was a faulty solenoid. Based on where I could visibly see the problem, I felt that he was correct and was excited to receive the replacement part, which was covered under the warranty. But after I replaced it, the problem still was happening. Francis then said he would send out a whole new head unit to ensure the problem was fixed in a timely manner. I had just changed the filters approximately one month prior. The filters are good from anywhere between 6 to 12 months. So I wasn’t too excited about having to put in new filters. Francis also hooked me up with filters so my new ones didn’t go to waste. The new head fixed the problem. It fixed the problem and I am up and running. As far as customer service goes, I am happy. I didn't get a run around. I got replies from Francis within the next 24-hours. He did what was needed to make sure my system works.

Great product, easy install - Clean water
Did a lot of research and reading and ended up going with the iSpring RCC1UP-AK. I like that it is a true 7 stage (meaning 7 actual vessels the water passes through). And that it has a large UV vessel (powered) along with a powered pump (very quiet) for added pressure when filling. The instruction video was good and straight forward. I didn't have any questions during the install that weren't covered in the video. For the drain line I ended up using a garbage disposal adapter (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08YP9VKHZ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title) to avoid drilling into the waste piping. I'm also impressed that iSpring provides a leak/flood shut off valve. Even though it is mechanical with a disc that needs to be replaced once it gets wet - it's a great adder. I've only had it installed for about a week and so far, it is operating fine - no problems. I will eventually do a full water test report to verify clean water. I did, per another reviewer's suggestion, go ahead and add a 3 way valve to the last pre filter output. That way when I need to replace the prefilters and do the initial flush I can just flip the 3-way valve (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F7HQMH7L?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title) to the hose that I can run to the drain. This avoids having to disconnect the red tubing and connect to the drain as described in the install video each time I replace the prefilters. Also, I have considered adding an additional faucet for pure RO water before the Alkaline adder. That way I'd have a choice between pure RO water and clean RO water with minerals added back in. I did put an electronic water leak alarm (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CKYTP2DM?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1) and a rubber water catch mat (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D6YWKXVC?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1) in with the RO system as a just in case. Tengo este equipo comprado desde hace mas de un año, puedo decir que estoy encantado con el, ayer cambie los filtros por primera vez, todo muy facil, recomiendo el equipo y sus filtros.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto nel 2022. Per essere precisi il modello I-Spring RCC1UP-AK 100GPD L'ho montato da solo anche se devo specificare che ho una buona manualità, e le istruzioni sono molto chiare. Ho cambiato i filtri secondo gli intervalli previsti, acquistandoli sempre su Amazon con un costo accettabile e sicuramente inferiore a quello dei vari contratti di manutenzione per altri sistemi sul mercato, tra l'altro con una filtrazione molto ma molto inferiore al sistema I-Spring. Ne sono estremamente soddisfatto perchè: 1) L'acqua potabile è molto buona; 2) Da quando lo ho installato non ho più dovuto acquistare acqua in bottiglia e sobbarcarmi i relativi sforzi per movimentarla 3) Sto destinando ad altro uso lo spazio prima destinato a magazzinare le bottiglie d'acqua; 4) Risparmio al Pianeta tutta la plastica delle bottiglie usa e getta; 5) Non certo in ordine di importanza, questa azienda ha un ottimo Servizio Clienti: hanno sempre risposto in tempi brevissimi risolvendo i (piccoli) problemi che ho incontrato sia in fase di installazione che di uso. Al punto che, a distanza di due anni dall'acquisto, mi hanno inviato gratuitamente un pezzo di ricambio per un piccolo problema del sistema. Ottima esperienza: consiglio il sistema a tutti.

Second time I have ordered the filter and every time it was damaged and broken. I asked to take it back, and nobody has came to pick it up 2-3 weeks!
