Pataday antihistamine eye drops are excellent. Stops the itch and irritation in less than 5 minutes. Recommended by my ophthalmologist for blepharitis.

My wife received a couple of bottles from her eye doctor and swore by them. I get itchy, watery eyes working on my computer and one drop in each eyes does the trick! Small bottles and pricy but well worth it!

Once daily is great, the extra strength does leave a little bit of a white film on my eyelashes or around my eyes. I typically put them in at bedtime after I take my contacts out so I can wipe off any residue in the morning. The residue seems to be unique to the extra strength version.
