This puller worked extremely well. Bearings came off very smoothly

I purchased this bearing puller for a small motor. It removed the bearing with ease. I didn't even need to use a socket at the top handle. Looks very sturdy as well. I recommend this over the three claw designs, unless you are working on a car with huge bearings.

When pulling a wheel bearing from a 3,500 lb axle, on a utility trailer, a tool like this is an absolute must-have! I had to remove a bearing without this tool a few weeks ago, and it took me 6 hours in 95 degree temps, and no shade, in the parking lot of a 7-11, on a Sunday. Conversely, with this tool it only takes about 5 to 10 minutes, less after I learned a few tricks. See the photo. You will need a C-Clamp to hold the jaws together, as they pull off under pressure. 2nd, you will need a big, strong screwdriver, to keep the entire thing from twisting, when under pressure, but, this fixes the issue completely. On hand on the screwdriver and one hand to twist the wrench to pull bearing off. Lastly, that little toy "pin" of a handle that they include is a joke. Just toss that out and put a big wrench on it. Follow my advice as shown in my pics and you will pull even the most stuck wheel bearing off in 5 minutes. Good luck!

Great quality, cheap price, easy to use, somewhat durable, great size, great appearance. I used it to pull bearings in my Toyota transfer case. I couldn't get under the bearing but I was able to grab the lip of the bearing where a c clip goes. Worked great but it did bend slightly. In all fairness the book said I needed to apply heat to remove the bearings and I did not apply heat. That's a cold pull. A 14mm impact did the trick on this thing. My only complaint is that it bent, but that was a tough pull.

Great for a Milwaukee core drill armature paid for itself first use and seems to be very strong.

Worked perfectly. Rusted on pool motor bearing. Used a DeWalt impact wrench on slow speed because it was to hard to turn and hold by hand. Pulled it off with ease. Couple that with the fact that I ordered it at 8:00 pm last night and it was on my doorstep at 7:00 am (I paid $2.99 extra to expedite), and you can't get a much experience.

Can't blame the item, but those teeth are almost an inch wide. I should have read the fine print. The picture gives you a false impression of its size. It's a heavy duty unit.
