Let me start by saying that before taking this product all I did was burp for about a year plus I had a very bloated stomach. I could not pass gas in a regular way, and I was eating Rolaids like they were going out of style. my stomach was fried. After taking chlorophyll I started to pass gas like a regular person and my stomach improved tremendously. I am no longer taking H2 blockers, and eating Rolaids a package at a time. This is an honest review I am just happy to be better. I have tried the liquid and the pills. They are both fantastic. And I cannot tell you how much they have helped my stomach.! First of all, my gas doesn't smell anymore. Say one point it was really bad. My breath doesn't smell bad in the morning. I'm hoping it helps my skin clear up and grow my hair. It did that for some people so I'm hoping. I have not experienced boost in energy but then again I still eat crappy. Capsules are medium size to me and easy to swallow with no taste. Best absorbed with fat so take it with a meal.
