I was skeptical at first and wanted to find a better way to get caffeine without going over 200mg. This stuff on its own tastes pretty gross and has an earthy smell, but when I mix it with water flavor packets, I can't taste it at all. It's a great alternative that gives me energy without the side effects of other energy drinks.

Good flavor. Too large a bottle for me

This item does what it says it's supposed to do in it's literature. I and the people that use it to have found success I didn't keeping us alert and full of energy. Thank you.

I wish I was able to return this item for a new one but it not letting me. I was really hoping to like this. However I think I recieved a defective one. It looks and smells weird. Its not suppose to have a taste but it tatse nasty like those nasty liquid medicine.

I've ordered the energy boost and the hydration boost and neither of them came with a pump but I just ordered a pump off Amazon and they work perfectly. Originally did this because we would get pumps of energy and our Wawa drinks and now I can just make those drinks at home. It saves a lot of money in the long run. I have not tasted anything by themselves it's usually with a drink so I can't say much about taste but I do know the energy one makes most drinks more tart and the hydration one has a sweeter or more mild quality to it when added to a drink.

I plan to mix this with other energy drinks or flavored drink packages — and that would be the ONLY way it is palatable because the taste of this product — on its own — is fairly terrible. Bad dollar store cough medicine. Acrid. Harsh. No “flavor” exactly — just unpleasant sensations on the tongue. I hope the efficacy of the formula rewards me for the willpower, courage and dedication in drinking it. Update: I’ve grown accustomed to the sharp flavor but only when used in moderation with other masking flavors and additives. Bonus: Some of the other reviews I’ve been reading complain about broken bottles or leaking packages and that must’ve helped because I had TWO cardboard boxes, plus bubble wrap and a plastic sleeve, so the product arrived in perfect condition. 1 star for that.
