Couldn't get it to work!
I will not give a bad star review. Although others were able to figure it out, unfortunately I DID NOT. I'm sure it was my ignorance that could not get this thing to work. I watched almost every set up/ installation video on YouTube, and the video from the QR code in the instructions, however I just could not get this to work. I am so disappointed. Everything looked amazing in the box. I really wish I could have figured it out. But after 2.5 hours of trying I give up. Thank you anyway.

So far so good will update in time.
So far so good works as described functions as described. I guess it's kind of luck of the draw. I did not have any of the mentioned background noise or static or anything like that. I also didn't have any problems with the mic not being loud enough. It comes through nice crisp and clear so it's replacing my 8-year-old bm800 that I got forever ago and was running without an amp and this sounds significantly better than that and that Mic sounded good according to everybody. So I say give it a shot with Amazon's return policy and how good of a deal this is I think it's worth it if you get a bad one either refund your money or try switching it out for another one cuz I believe if you get a working one you'll be happy. Qualities decent the materials are decent I mean it's obviously cheap but the arm is amount could be better it just is a c-clamp with like a pivoting dish on top of it so I had to use a piece of 1x1 to to be able to mount it to my desk which is fine. Literally the only thing that I was sad to see was how short the microphone cable was which isn't an issue I've got a 6 ft cord from my old mic but for people that don't have one laying around could cause some sort of limitations.

Good starter "system"
I got this as a wholesale replacement of microphone, cable and stand for a computer microphone. The "sound effects" were a gimmicky add-on. What we had would echo and/or pop and/or a be exceedingly quiet no matter what we did. The Good: * I'm surprised by the sound quality, the mic sounds great with no issues at all...none * The external sound card/processor is nice from a volume/gain standpoint and works well * The cable to connect to the external sound card and from that to the computer (USB) is high quality * While the arm leaves something to be desired (see below), the clamp is rock solid The Meh: * The sound card sounds effects are limited and kind of a gimmick. If they were editable I would have put this at 5 stars. * I would have liked a longer reach on the stand The Bad: * The stand is just barely capable of holding things in place without the pop screen installed. If you install the pop screen, things start to sag. The Verdict: It's not bad for the price, and the sound quality really is very good. The external sound card doesn't introduce any issues at all and the volume/gain control is very nice. If you don't need the pop screen installed and the length of the arm/stand is sufficient for you, it's a decent deal and works well. * The stand is more than a little flimsy (leading to the first bullet). It's better than the previous "arm" we had which was even shorter and less adjustable though.

"Disappointing Performance for Streaming, Works Better for Simple Recording"
I read a bunch of reviews that claim this was good. I disagree wholeheartedly. I have a studio mic and I also have the condenser mic that comes with this pack. Both of which sound horrible. There's an excess of feedback, the volume is low even though I turn everything up, it's staticky, none of the voice changes sound legit they just sound like my regular voice slightly pitched up or down, and most importantly, there is no audio playback. I have this thing connected to my phone and I am able to record but I hear nothing in return. This is meant for streaming. I don't hear my viewers or guests when they speak even though I have the headphones plugged into the device itself. I can record myself unplug everything from my phone and then play it back and hear everything perfectly fine but doing that over and over is cumbersome. Well the price is good and it comes with a lot of things that make it worth the money I don't think the functionality is ideal. Maybe if you were to just simply record yourself with star maker or something sure that would work maybe even record some YouTube video but as for streaming with viewers and interacting with people this is not it. I even tried it on my iPad. Same deal. Trie it on my PS5 controller thinking it could mess w my friends and change my voice but they didn't hear any changes and didn't hear any sound effects like the applause and cheer. So in the end even though it claims to be a live sound card it really isn't it's more like meant for recording and then uploading. One good thing about this though is that it is BT so you can have your bg music oin your phone playing into the device. That's about it.

Great Starter Bundle for Podcasters and Streamers!
I recently got the BM-800 Podcast Equipment Bundle for my new podcast, and it's been a solid addition to my setup. For the price, it has pretty much everything you need to get started, from the microphone to the sound card and even a few extras. Pros: Good Sound Quality: The BM-800 microphone is impressive for the price. I’ve had listeners tell me my audio sounds professional and clear, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The sound card is a fun addition too; it has a bunch of sound effects and even a voice changer, which I occasionally use to keep things interesting. Easy Setup: The whole setup was pretty straightforward. I didn’t run into any issues connecting it to my laptop, and it’s compatible with both my phone and computer, so I have options depending on where I’m recording. Extras Included: The bundle comes with everything you need, like a shock mount, pop filter, and adjustable arm. These little touches really help polish the sound, especially the pop filter for cutting out those harsh “p” and “b” sounds. Cons: Stand Sturdiness: The only downside is the stand. It holds the microphone well enough, but if I add the pop filter, it starts to sag a bit. I’ve had to adjust it a few times during recordings, which is a bit annoying. Sound Card Quality: While the sound card is fun and works for basic needs, it’s not high-end. If you’re looking for super high-quality sound modulation, you might need a more advanced sound card. Overall, I think this is a great starter kit for anyone getting into podcasting or live streaming. It has pretty much everything you need, and the sound quality is really good for the price. If you’re just starting out and want a budget-friendly option, I’d definitely recommend this bundle!

Different terminology on port, problem?
The back of the BM-800 I received was different from what was advertised. On the back of the box instead of "arrangeing instrument" as show throughout mine says "back looping". According to Amazon Rufus it's just a difference of assembly lines using different terminology. Which I believe to be B.S. I did not need it for back looping that's the port they advertise for instruments which is what I intended to use it for my guitar. Since the port doesn't work with my guitar I can only assume the difference in terminology is more then terminology by different assembly lines. I feel they just dumped an old product and claimed it will do what it really won't at least with a guitar. Additionally, they should not just rubber stamp ports for instruments. Ports have to be designed to handle that kind of load. That said setup was not a problem and microphone worked and sounded good but have disconnected as can not run guitar through it. Did not catch port terminology issue until to late to return. So my conclusion is it half works in my case for it's intended use.

Had a problem with the first one and I am happy to say how fast they were to fix the issue. The product that I received works great can’t expect anything better from the seller easy to hook up makes my live streams a lot more interesting and fun for my followers. Thank you again.
