For those of us who don’t have cast iron “ tummies” or “nothing
Sometimes when you need to “eat something” and you’ve lost your taste buds or nothing is looking good on a plate, strawberry drinks are the perfect solution. Also, some of us are up in age, and we do not want to cook for one, just open the fridge and take out a shake. The flavor is awesome for those who have elderly parents who say nothing taste good. -these may change their mind.

Great for gaining weight
These Ensure Plus shakes are a life saver for anyone who is trying to gain weight or at least not loose anymore weight. I have been buying these for almost a year now and have managed to gain 10 pounds. I highly recommend Ensure Plus and the strawberry has a very pleasing taste.

Wonderful supplement while traveling
I drink two to three Ensure daily. They keep me full and satisfied between meals. My blood work is stellar now! For 5 years, my weight is under 120. I'm 5'3" and very healthy. I will always drink these because no refrigeration necessary while storing but I chill prior to drinking. Great in an Ice chest while traveling, too! I'm 76 yrs old
