Being a redhead, I take triple the recommended dose in order to get relief. However, it is the best pain reliever of all the other types. Tylenol and aspirin do nothing for me. This is the only thing that gives a modicum of relief.

Nothing works like aleve and it lasts all day!
I never take aspirin but when my back starts acting up or my shoulder I chose aleve. I take two and I am good till the next time things flare. Nothing works like aleve for pain and inflammation. This size is perfect for my purse and I just refill it as needed.
