Great for breakfast or a snack
We bought this as an alternative to normal cereal that we eat with milk or Greek yogurt. While these are unsweetened, they are superior to your standard breakfast cereal in every way. They are less calories and less sugar while tasting good. If you like a sweeter taste you can add sugar/fruit that way. The texture is also good in both milk and Greek yogurt. The price is also very good (we bought it around $3.75) and we will be buying this again. Highly recommend for those looking for a healthier but still tasty alternative to normal breakfast cereal!

I like there is a healthy ish type cereal choice. I don't mind this cereal, however there isn't too much flavor. That being said, I'd pick this cereal and put fruit in it vs. going with a different cereal. I've had this cereal on and off for years and it is still good. The bag itself is pretty small.

Why a wheat puff without a bunch of junk on them is hard to find? Used to be a common store item. Anyway these fit the bill and are the genuine product.

I was shocked..almost. $8 for a little bag of puffed wheat!!..ONE BAG..FED 4 PEOPLE ONE BREAKFAST!!! and you can't return it..don't waste your money.. All their other cereals in bags are 908 GM. That's almost a KG. I notice today it is on half price..I suspect they had the wrong price..I'm really disappointed with " Narues Path"...
