Rodelle Organic Baking Cocoa Powder Dutch Processed 25 Oz.

I really like Rodelle Cocoa much better than Hershey's for that wonderful chocolate flavor in my brownies and cakes.

Best cocoa power! I put it in my coffee or chicory! Delicious!

I always use dutch processed cocoa powder and Rodelle is such a good brand. I love how rich and decadent my baked goods come out with it. You can definitely tell the difference. I took off one star because the expiration date on the product was not as far out as it should have been.

The Rodelle ORGANIC baking cocoa powder is the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been using it for years, but the GOURMET one is horrible. It tastes like chemicals. Recently, I’ve ordered the organic three times and I receive the gourmet every time. I hesitate to order a fourth time, but can’t find it anywhere else. How does Amazon make the same mistake three times in a row! Is there a phone number for Amazon so I can call and ensure I get the correct product? I gave it 5 stars for the Organic one!

This is my favorite cocoa powder. We love to make up our own Hot Cocoa recipes with this powder. It also makes a nice chocolate cake. All things considered, I think its a great value for getting a nice quality cocoa powder. It smells great too!

I was looking for an organic cocoa powder to make my backpacking hot cocoa and I appreciate all the Amazon reviewers who told me that this blows away Ghiradelli. It totally does. When I'm backpacking it's a major pleasure to have some hot cocoa on the trail so I've been trying to perfect a recipe cuz raggedy a$$ janky swiss miss just won't do. Here's the best recipe : 3 tblsp of Peak Whole milk powder (don't bother with any other milk powder). 1 tblps of Rodelle cocoa mix and 1 tbsp of sugar. If you want it sweeter or thicker chocolate add a 1/2 tbsp of each. I'm a sweet and chocolate freak though and this combo is perfect for me. Boil water and whisk this with 8 oz of water. The other thing that rocks is that this cocoa dissolves perfectly with the milk in the hot water. I also just made the best brownies from the recipe on the bag. Life is too short to settle for cheaply processed low quality cocoa. This is the best find in years- couldn't believe it's made right here in Colorado too. Give yourself a treat- get this cocoa !!!

Aprés avoir essayé plusieurs, lui c'est le meilleur en gout et en texture, je le consume a touts es jours, son goût et riche comme je l'aime et autant el chocolat chaude que le froid reste crémeux , et pour le gâteux et muffin ca goute vraiment, son gout n'est pas fade et ca prende pas beaucopu , je pense que c'est la troisième fois que je l'achète et je ne le changerai pas!

Love this cocoa powder. It is the only brand I use. A bit pricey but worth it. Makes rich chocolate flavoured goodies.

This has taken my brownies from a 10 to a 100. What a difference in taste and texture! Pricey but it is SO worth the price! Will buy again and again!

Only my favourite cocoa powder ever. I am a seasoned baker and I swear by this stuff. This is the best you can get without travelling to Amsterdam or Mexico for great cocoa powder. Buy some and make a pan of brownies. I dare you. You will eat so many you’ll be sick all night that’s how good these are.

the chocolate has the quality I was looking for. I have never seen it sold in stores around me. Alberta Canada. Any baking that calls for chocolate powder ,this product yields a much better result. the taste is totally heavenly. I love it. I will certainly buy it again. well worth the price. a little goes a long way.
