This is my second time buying this brand's Neck Wrap. It can be used around the neck, on my lap while working on the PC or even under a throw while sitting on the couch. The lavender scented one has a soothing aroma, it heats up in no time and I use it almost daily in the winter months. I love it warmed in the microwave for about 2 minutes, and it retains the heat for about an hour. I will definitely continue to buy them.

Have bought more than one. The lavender smells amazing and they heat up perfectly. Perfect size to wrap around neck/shoulders. Provides warmth and pain relief while releasing calming aromas. High quality and perfect weight.

The box was ripped for some reason, as the picture shows, but the item was fine thankfully. Instructions say to start with 30 seconds, which is a good idea, but it definitely needs at least one minute. It does lose heat relatively quickly but for the price it's overall a good buy. It helps with my neck pain and somewhat in my shoulders, but if you need something for a larger area I'd suggest a longer and wider product. Overall, it's pretty good but better for more minor and short-lived neck pain.

I use this for period cramps and works well for me. Ive had this product for over a year and never had a problem with it. The product doesn’t smell like much. If I recall when I first started using it it did have a lavender scent, but no longer has the same smell, barley any smell. If you follow the directions you shouldn’t have any problems with heating it up. I always put a little mug with some water in it on a plate with the pad before I run the microwave like the instructions say to do.

Quite disappointing scent-wise. Perhaps it is just the wrap I received, but the scent leaves much to be desired. The lavender, which I LOVE, is detectable but mine has an overtone of "eau de urine". I'd hoped that after heating it several times that the bad odor would dissipate, but it has not. Additionally, it's a little short on the "grains" that fill it. I know it can't be stuffed tight so that it will wrap easily, but mine has less than I feel it could functionally handle. On the positive side, it does hold heat for a good while, making it function well....haven't tried it cold. I just have to get past the smell.

Love these. Great for a sore neck or to loosen up a neck that is fused.

I'm pleased with this purchase. The neck pillow is far from the best in the market; however, it does its job. The scent is strongly a lavender one (was hoping for the rose scent to be stronger - I got the pink pillow). The way it's made (a tube filled with...herbs?) makes it a bit difficult to adjust since you have to separate the filling or move it from one side to another; however, nothing difficult to do. I followed the instructions about heating it. it recommended 34 seconds fro a 1200 W microwave. Mine has 1000 W and with only 30 seconds it was only warm. I lightly sprinkled it with water and added another 30 seconds. I found this to work better, the pillow was warmer in my hand but once I put it on my neck it actually felt hot and comforting. Have used it around 5 times, each time sprinkling water and heating for a minute and it still works fine and smells. For the price, I'd say it's a good product.

Bed buddy are useful, but this one particularly is not stuffed well as it should be for this reason the pebbles fall to either side of the ends.
