EZ to take capsules, quality ingredients & manufacturing, but little information & pricey...
This seems to be a good quality supplement and ProCera is a reputable brand that has been around for a while. ProCera Advanced Brain supplement purportedly targets memory, energy and mental health (the 3 in 1 boost referred to in the product description). This is a good source for many of the B-complex vitamins that act as co-enzymes in the body, although several of them seem over-emphasized, particularly Vitamin B-12. I like that zinc is included (a co-factor). There are pros and cons associated with some of the added other added ingredients or adaptogens, as they are commonly referred to (the memory blend containing gingko biloba leaves & extract + the Panax ginseng) as well as the ashwagandha and rhodiola so individuals shopping for supplements really have to research ingredients and not rely on anecdotal evidence in making decisions. This seems especially important for those taking the supplement over the long term. A serving size of this supplements is considered to be 2 capsules. They are fairly large but smooth and I have not any trouble getting them down. I have experienced no stomach upset or other ill effects from taking this supplement. The brand uses quality ingredients, clinically relevant potency, quality manufacturing and control (no links to testing results are provided though). They also tout the clinical research that their products are based on. But the information provided in the product description as well as on the ProCera website is very basic (there are some nice articles available there). These supplements are also quite pricey. The bottle contains 60 capsules, so this is a 30-day supply if the supplements are taken as suggested. I actually only take one capsule per day at this time. The current price of $59.95 seems pretty high for only one month and I can't quite justify the cost as both my husband and I are taking nootropic supplements....

Great for my mom
I have added the supplement to my mom’s daily regimen. I think is definitely giving her more mental and physical energy.

Memory fog is real. Can Procera help?
I can attest that brain fog is a very real and sometimes frustrating phenomenon. However, there is not strong clinical evidence to back up the claims of several supplements in enhancing mental clarity while ameliorating issues of brain fog. Several like this one utilize various extracts and roots. Also known as Maindenhair, the included Ginkgo Biloba is native to China and has been used in traditional medicine for thousands of years. More recently, the extract has been advocated for brain health. It does indeed increase circulation and thus the focus on blood flow and stronger brain function. Indeed, clinical research has found that it can improve cognitive function and memory. Also of note is Ashwagandha. The Ashwagandha root is trendy these days and readily sourced in many products. Did you know that it’s an ancient herb dating back to its use in India 6,000 years ago. Many believe it reduces stress, increase stamina, and lower cortisol and blood sugar levels. Bunk? No. Clinical studies have reinforced its regenerative effects. Products of this type are notoriously hard to compare. A serving of two capsules costs a $2.00 daily. As with any supplementation, it’s wise to check with your physician first. If not for you, at the time of this review Amazon does offer a 30 day return guarantee.

Good Combination of Supplements; A Bit Pricey
The Procera Advanced Brain Supplement has good quality ingredients. Included: B-1, Vitamin B-2, Vitamin B-3, Vitamin B-5 Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B-6, Vitamin B-9 Folate (as L-5-MTHF), Vitamin B-12 (as methylcobalamin), Zinc, Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, American Ginseng, Ginkgo Biloba, and Phosphatidylserine. The recommended dosage is two capsule which is gonna run you a bit over $50 per month. Look over what you are taking to see if you could do this in place of and it might be more affordable. (For example if you are paying $15 a month for your B12 and this has as much you can save that $15). I do think this is a good supplement.
