I bought 2 for my mother-in-law, who lost her mother-in-law last year, then her own mother this year. I knew this year would be tougher so wanted something to help the family. Due to late ordering on my part, I had to send them direct across the country, so I was unable to see them firsthand and therefore, asked lots of questions and requested a photo. I haven’t posted the photo due to privacy and it still being so very raw. My mother-in-law was so happy, she said they are beautiful, “the best present ever” she said they came in a lovely box to keep and store them in. I asked about the quality of the product as I wanted to be sure they would do justice to their memory and be a worthy piece to display due to the sentimental significance. She said they are truly precious and were very well made. She also said “now they are here with us” and it feels like Christmas. “I will treasure them forever”. It turned her whole day around and after a few initial tears she was smiling and happy. I feel it has made her Christmas a little brighter. For that alone I would give 5stars but I gave those stars for the feedback on the product itself not the emotion. I would recommend and buy again in the future, not just for Christmas time, these pieces could easily be hung or displayed all year round afterwards. Thank you again!

Absolutely love the photo and the way the memory bauble has come out. Loved it so much have got husband to order one. Comes in a lovely gift box. So impressed with the quality and the price was so reasonable.

Well worth the money and it turned out so beautiful, after losing my dad it'll be two years this year, I've vowed I'll purchase I new bauble for my tree in memory of my dad every year and I came across this one had thought I'd give it a whirl and I wasn't disappointed it's absolutely beautiful. So instead of remember him passing so close to Xmas I try and remember him this way to make my Xmas a little easier to celebrate for my kids. I have very recently lost my nephew and brought this for my sister, even though advised would not receive before Christmas.Ordered on the 20th December, it was posted on the 21st and received on 22nd. They have obviously pulled out all the stops to get it to us and it is beautiful.We now feel my nephew is with his mum for Christmas, which is helping my sister

Pictures not as clear as clear as other similar items bought but still very sentimental. A well made piece that will last a long time. Its lovely companies can do these things.
