What's the difference between the raspberry and the non-flavor?

Hi, some people like to just take the raspberry flavored powder by itself, since it has a flavor being the raspberry. The unflavored powder is more for the person who wants to mix it in a smoothie, food, other products, etc because it has no flavor. Hope that helps.

It seems difficult to mix with water. It wants to float on top. Any suggestions?

Try using a shaker cup w/ water. Shake well and drink quickly before it thickens :)

Do both of the fiberblend(capsules or powder) have senna or casasagrada in them?

I have just tried the powder form not the capsules. The one I have does have cascara sagrada (bark). It's the 7th ingredient on the list.

Don't know but it's an excellent product. Just make sure you are drinking lots of water to flush out of system. I find it works best when I take it in the evening.
