IDP Smart 21 Ink Cartridge
Dislike having to purchase a set of 100 cards each time I need a replacement ink cartridge. Our fire department has an accumulation of cards on hand. Would like to be able to order the two items separately.

No me agrada que solo trae para, 100 tarjetas y he comprado otro repuesto qie decia que le qiedeba a la smart 21, y pues no me ha funcionado, ya que la empresa aduce que fue error de empaque

Professional easy to use card printing unit
Bought the unit to make ID badges for our pantry at our church. We have so many volunteers it's too hard to keep track who should be on site and who's not allowed to be on site while pantry is running. Has some great pre-made designs, but I wish there was more or at least a database that we can download others from at no cost. The print on the cards are picture perfect and I would recommend the purchase of this unit for small to medium sized organizations. We were doing name tags at $10 each order online, but after doing the math for buying this unit, after printing the first 100 you paid for the unit compared to buying the badges at $10. Now our cost is only 54 cents per name badge and it is designable with graphics and pictures perfect print. If you don't buy it you're making a mistake.

Le produit est ok. Mais c'est le principe de vente qui ne fonctionne pas. IL n'est pas possible d'acheter que la cartouche et non les cartes. ALors lorsque l'on fait des impressions recto verso on se retrouve avec 50 cartes de trop a chaque fois (ou pas assez d'encre pour faire les 50 autres cartes). Actuellement j'ai du commander 3 fois et j'ai donc 150 cartes en trop. Devinez quoi, je vais devoir commander encore de l'encre et je vais avoir encore 100 cartes inutiles pour mes besoins. Nous avons contacté un représentant de la compagnie et il nous a indiqué que pour le modele 21 c'est impossible d'avoir juste l'encre !!! J'aurais du mieux m'informer avec d'acheter cette marque d'imprimante.
