6-outlet power bar surge protector

The device has all features I needed for my outdoor devices. While I don't believe the power strip is actually rated for continuous outdoor use, so far it is functioning reliable and safely. Having separately switched outlets is a must for my patio scenario, so I appreciate the ability to power on only the devices I need at any one time. The strip is heavy-duty with a thick cord that can carry multiple loads on my 15-amp circuit, even providing power to the air conditioner in my parked travel trailer. The outlets are spaced nicely to prevent crowding of the plugs.

Fantastic power strip. I know this is advertised as a garage power strip, but I want to buy one for everywhere that I don't have enough outlets. The feature where you can turn off each individual plug is great for peace of mind. I feel like I don't have to worry about some device causing a fire. I just shut off the ones I am not using. Also, if you want to make sure that you are not wasting power for a device plugged in but not being used, this seems like the perfect power strip.

Seems like this will be just the solution I was looking for, being more of an industrial grade and granting individual device control. I have it for use in the garage. So, not outdoors, but still a more rugged environment. If it stays the course and holds up over time, it might merit that 5th. star, in the various categories. The metal build should help with that. At the moment, my major problem is that with several longer, heavy duty extension cords feeding into it, it is somewhat precarious and in danger of tipping over -- needs to be better secured. Not sure whether it happens to be mountable, but I may try some velcro for that.

My tech advisor recommended purchasing a "heavy duty" extension cord for use with a new workstation. This unit fit the bill in contrast to a more lightweight consumer one.This powerstrip is built like a tank, solid with a substantial cord and with the added feature of switching needed outlets on or off when unused. It ought to provide years of service. Additionally, the bright yellow color and lights helps others to avoid trip and fall scenarios.Based on the experience with this unit, it will be what is purchased again when or if additional extension cords are needed.

Perfect solution for my workshop setup, can toggle each individual outlet on/off. I bought a second one recently, both work good, build quality seems pretty good as well.
