As far as mixers go this has had some seriously mixed reviews. There are dozens of these machines, all out of the same factory and rebranded by dozens of different companies…they’re all the same and have very similar reviews, the most common being motor problems and mixing issues. The motor fails and the speed dial breaks and the mixing paddles simply do not reach to the edge of the bowl and mix everything. These issues are not anywhere to be seen on mixers in the £400 bracket…so you clearly get what you pay for. If you can put up with the whining noise and it’s other inadequacies than by all means jump in a buy one…£400 is a lot of money for a mixing bowl!!!! But if you’re serious about baking, find a way to save up for something that will do the job you want and last longer.Having said all that, I must give a shout out to Amy who fronts Happeaa….if it’s customer service you’re after, look no further. She helped me with a very awkward delivery but more importantly she gave me a full refund and didn’t want it returned after it arrived broken. This was not her fault and was just as disappointed as me. It was and is probably beyond repair, the hinges had completely snapped in half. You can rest assured, if you have any problems with yours, she will sort it and as there are so many clones out there of this machine, you might as well get one from Amy knowing the customer service is excellent. Five stars for Amy!

The media could not be loaded. I've had this for a few weeks and I'm really happy with my purchase. Large enough bowls to hold a large batch of dough or cake mix. From a gently whisk to a full-on power blend, the speeds range from low to high. It's a little noisy, but that's largely due to my bare, echoing kitchen. The White light behind the power dial is quite appealing to me. The smallest joys. Thrilling shouts for the low price, and the design is wonderful. Cheers• It has excellent suction pads to hold it steady .it stays were you put it on the work bench.• Easy to lift up the motor with the little catch• 6 speed ranges. (I found 1 and 2 speed ranges when I use it for wheat flour for 1 kg)• It has 1500-watt motor• 6 litre capacity bowlAside from the sophistication, you get all the essentials you'd expect from a working stand mixer, such as a beater, whisk, and dough hook, however this model allows you to make more, better, and with more personalization options.

Everything especially the colour!I was very much wanting a Kitchen aid or Kenwood you know the best of the best, (well in my opinion)BUT.... I have been using this beauty for weeks now and yes it is a little noisy that pales into insignificance when it's been up to the challenge with every test I've put it up against! Honestly so far so Perfect!!! And everytime I get it out of the cupboard with the hot pink colour makes my heart sing and i enjoy making cakes, bread and puddings everytime without fail. Cannot fault it at all, and at a fraction of the cost for the big boys in the mixer world so if like me your on a very tight budget think about it because I'm so glad I did x

It’s a good cake mixer. The mixture does get stuck in the blade mixer but it’s been great for baking cakes. Easy to use and powerful. Safe. I would recommend.

Fabulous. So glad I went for this model after extensive research and reading reviews. My older, cheaper stand mixer was starting to misbehave badly, and had never been that good anyway! I treated myself to a new one and bought the Facelle (in white as it will reside in a cupboard between uses, no need for bright colours). So far I have made a 3-layer Victoria sponge, a chocolate cake and blueberry muffins. Planning a Bundt cake this weekend :) I am really impressed with it. A really good mid-priced stand mixer and will do nicely for the occasional baker like me.

Bought this mixer without really looking into it much as my own mixer broke and I had multiple orders to complete that weekend. I am someone most definitely uses this mixer extremely regularly sometimes multiple times a day. I have not had any problems with this mixer at all. The bowl i find it very easy to clean as it is solid with no gaps/crevice's and i often put in the dishwasher. For the price I think this mixer is extremely good.

Really easy to use and easy to keep clean good for a smaller family for smaller things. 800g flour 200ml liquid yeast dough(pretzel and bread dough) can mix on max 3-4 level on a longer time scale than stated. on the usage booklet it describes well on how to use. really good matters on the budget, not for company usage.

I purchased a Facelle stand mixer from Amazon on 3 September 2022.I am very disappointed as I have tried to use the mixer 3 times but each time the mixer has not worked properly. The mixer rotates the whisk/ beater but does not mix all the ingredients. Most of the mixture is stuck to the sides or the bottom of the bowl. I have tried scraping the mixture off the sides and bottom but still the mixture is not properly mixed. Each time I have used the mixer I have been making different recipes. It is also quite difficult to attach the whisk/beaters. On each occasion I have had to transfer the mixture to my old stand mixer which I have had for over 40 years. The only reason I purchased a new mixer was that my old one was discoloured but still worked perfectly.The Facelle mixer looks good. It is lighter than other stand mixers and is a lovely colour but it is not fit for purpose.
