Happy lawns
Bauer never fails to deliver on quality. Great value. It does have a slight Oder. Spreads well using the proper spreader. Always use a mask when applying. Safe for animals easy to use. Greens up grass and stops fungus. Can Alternate usage with corn meal.

Good snow mold control
We have been prone to get winter kill in our yard every year. Either snow mold or Microdochium nivale, some years both. And then I would spend the spring replanting and half the summer nursing the rest of the grass back to health. Conditions and severity varied from year to year but we had the problem every year to some degree. Two years ago I started using one application of Bioadvance Fungus Control late fall before the snow fell and I haven't had that problem since. I can't say for certain that this is the reason we haven't had the fungus or mold problem, but I'm definitely going to keep it up as long as I keep getting these results. I would be cautious though, the lable says to apply it every 14 days until your rust or whatever problem goes away. That is probably OK, but keep in mind that subterranean fungus serves a purpose and keeps the nutrients available to the roots of the surface plants. A few mushrooms in the yard is a good sign, so don't try to kill all of your fungus off. This summer I even went so far as to work some mushroom spores back into the soil to maintain the good fungus.

Fungus Control - Seems to work
Applied to the front yard, and seems to have controlled my fungus rings. Consistent product, and would buy again. if you have Ring Rot - this is a good product.

Purchased every year
I have used this product every year for at least the last 10 years . Living in Coastal NC lawn diseases especially fungus are a summer ritual . So as advised , it's best to apply a fungicide in both fall & spring time to ward off the summer dark & or brown patch . I've never gone wrong with using this product . Plus its cheaper on Amazon than @ Lowe's .

Better than the bottled option, but not effective after a month.
I have found the spray bottles to not work well, don't cover as advertised, etc, so I bought the granular product. Unlike the bottles, I got even coverage per instructions on the bag. After a week I could see improvement in the lawn. After a month the fungus diseases (mostly rust) were back in force. This product is too expensive to apply monthly, plus, not being organic, I worry about other harm it could be doing to microorganism or macro-organisms in the soil. So, it did work in the short term; I need a longer lasting (season would be nice) alternative.

Works well, easy to apply
This has worked very well to combat lawn fungal disease. It took a few applications to truly control the outbreak in some areas, but it got the job done well. It's easy to apply, has no objectionable smell once applied, and is a pretty good value (provided you can catch it on a price dip). A very good tool to have in the arsenal to deal with lawn disease.

It works
Bought this for my father-in-law. He said it worked well on his lawn. He had a large tree cut down in his front yard and was having fungus problems. The granules are easy to spread around and it improved his lawn.

Will update with results.
I don't know if this works yet but I thought it was a good deal.
