Item Supplied in wrong Specifications
Dear all Regrettably, discovered the device is not as per alleged specifications: The Device has been purchased based on very high specification offered. The same proudly indicated on the packaging container . However, Technical Inspection following poor performance of the Device, revealed the following discrepancies: 1 - The Android system is version 9 not version 11, 2 - RAM is 1 GB not 8 GB 3 - Storage capacity is only 8 GB not 128 GB, 4 - Resolution only 1920x1080 not 4K. 5 - CPU is Mali-450 MP not G31 MP2 6- It is a 4 Core CPU not 8 core Technical inspection carried out by famous utilities available on Goggle Store. Mainly System Info HW, Device Info and others. Appreciating to replace with the correct specifications of the order.

The products keeps stopping, firmwire upgrade needed urgently
I bought the model above on amazon.ae but when I try to use it, it keeps stopping or some apps will not work. Even Google Play Store keeps stopping. Could you please provide a way to upgrade the firmware? I have been looking online, but I can't find it. I am VERY frustrasted and disappointed with the product.. It says 2021 edition but the security patch is from 2018 and there is not way to update or upgrade it...

Pathetic Product
Very bad seriously it hangs alot. It stop responding most of the time. It does not take any load. Even basic apps like youtube or mx player takes a lot of time. I am not sure how it is mentioned that its 8gb ram its performance is on 1gb box. Not recommended at all!

Cheap is Expensive! It's a NO NO device.
I would not recommend this device. I regret moving from MK Platinum to this. It keeps freezing and it's not clear at all. It's better to pay 100USD for MK platinum and have a functional device than pay 200AED for a white elephant. Worst purchase ever.
