Other then application is there a difference between the buttery wax and the spray wax ?. Does one outshine the other ?

The buttery wax should be done first. Then each wash I use the spray wax. As fax as spray wax goes I like some other brands a little more. It smells good but on its own the spray wax isn’t all that. Buttery wax worked great on my 07 f150.

Can you apply this in direct Sunlight?

It's not recommended to apply in direct sunlight but I have done it with this product and had no issues but wipe it off quickly. I usually use this as a drying agent on a wet car. Spray one panel at a time on a wet car, wipe and then use another towel to finish. I found this application works best for me. I use it every time I wash, even on windows. Hope this helps.

After researching this product online, it says to mist area let dry and buff off. On the bottle it says to spray on and wipe off. Which one is it?

We recommend spray on, wipe off application. You may also use this product as a drying aid. To spray on let dry then buff off this would act like a paste wax or wet wax which we would recommend Adam's Americana Paste Wax or Adam's Buttery Wax if you are looking for that type of application. Can I use this on chrome without scratching the surface.?

Adams spray wax can be used on chrome with no issues at all. I use it on body panels, glass and chrome.
