I am NOT a back sleeper and was so scared knowing that I would need to start sleeping on my back after a major surgery. This pillow saved me- it is so comfortable and gives the right balance of structure and softness.

This pillow will promote back sleep for surgery recovery or neck injuries. It is soft and durable. You can remove/wash the pillow case which is made of a silky material.

This a comfortable pillow that has helped me stay sleeping on my back. I hand-washed the satin pillowcase once and it frayed. Very disappointing given the cost.

Comfort, quality, neck support disappointing.

I really thought the way this pillow was constructed would solve my problem of sleeping on my back and keeping my head from turning too far to the side, thus preventing getting a true pain in the neck. But the pillow was very uncomfortable, and the area where your head lies is too wide to keep my head from flopping to the side. It is not as hard as some neck support pillows I have tried, but the area that is supposed to be for neck support is too high for my neck, so my head is pushed forward. I barely slept at all while trying out this pillow. It is going into the give-away box. I have tried many pillows to help with my neck pain, so I was not surprised that this one did not help me either. But if you have a normal neck, this pillow will probably be OK for you.

Pillow seems comfortable but I just received it and haven’t used it yet. Be aware that the pillowcase is 100% polyester and not Satin as it claims in the description.

I just had facial plastic surgery and this pillow kept me from sleeping on my sides. Even if you roll on your side you can only do so slightly. Highly recommend this pillow. It’s comfortable so I will use this pillow even after I have healed.

I would get the worst creases on the sides of my face with my old cervical memory foam pillow. I sleep on my back but I turn my head side to side. I would have a crease every morning at least 3 in long and they wouldn't go away for several hours. It was so embarrassing it looked like I just rolled out of bed. This pillow provides the support my neck needs and the bumpers on each side allow me to put my head to the side but they're designed to be short so your cheek is not against the bumpers, so no wrinkles! I'm beyond happy with this pillow...glad I have it a try!!! Fyi side sleeping is not ideal with this pillow but you can with the right placement of your head avoid much of your cheek from being squished. I wouldn't fully recommend this pillow for side sleeping but you might be able to make it work. Love it for back sleeping though!!!!!

Excellent - I am a side sleeper b it needed to sleep on my back for 2 weeks after face surgery. This was comfortable with the silk pillow case. I also used a wedge underneath it rather than regular pillows which kept this pillow from moving. I also put a regular pillow beside me as an extra precaution to keep from turning my body while sleeping. It has been a week so far and I have been able to stay on my back with my face up. I recommend using this with a bed wedge (on top of mattress), super easy

Great product and this is the second time I bought it but the additional case is not satin but polyester. I received the satin one with the previous pillow I ordered.

This pillow caused clinical chronic insomnia to the degree that it damaged my health really badly. It is the most uncomfortable pillow ever and God knows how it has got the positive reviews that it has. Furthermore, it doesn’t even work because the space in the middle for your head is too big, so it’s completely pointless. It will age you by 20 years from sleep deprivation and the chronic stress that insomnia causes. I hope this pillow burns in hell. Seriously. It’s true what they say - but cheap buy twice. This is a cheap version of ‘The Aula’ by ‘Sleep and Glow’, which is £180. If you care about your mental and physical health, don’t worry about sleep wrinkles and just get your sleep or wait until you can get the Aula by sleep and glow. I now have the Aula and it works, the space between the bolsters is just right so it’s impossible for either side of your face to turn and fall smooshed in the pillow and the bolsters are nice and high. It also has a removable piece to make it higher if needed. This YourFace pillow is also too low. Furthermore it caused me to develop severe sleep apnea: on the rare occasion that I feel asleep for maybe 2 or 3 hours due to exhaustion I couldn’t breathe bc the design of the pillow stopped me breathing properly. I never ever snore when I sleep but my sleep tracker showed I was not only snoring but I wasn’t breathing for up to 30s multiple times, so even though I may have fallen asleep for a couple of hours, it wasn’t even deep sleep. I was so happy and well before I bought this pillow. Now I am trying to recover from the illness it caused to my physical and mental health. Please do NOT buy this pillow. Like I said, wait until you can get The Aula by Sleep and Glow. I hope this helps to prevent someone from going through the sheer hell I have been through all because of this pillow from hell.
