is this a real product?

Yes! I bought this product in January. A little goes a long way and the pencils are really longer, longer than the average lip liner at least. You can apply it all over your lips and add a gloss on top and it will look amazing!

Most of the colors have a matte finish to them and a select few of them have a shimmery finish. The glitter lip liners aren't too overbearing though, it's a nice luminous touch. Hope this helped.
