It helps with diarrhea. Not as good tasting as a rival product. Seems to be only available in relatively small bottles.

I haven't used it yet, but I bought it for my husband. Looks good, package, and for HBP. I read comments with high-ranking reviews, so I chose to make a purchase.

Always keep a bottle or two on deck!
There's truth with a Lil humor: IYKYK Oh, so you say, "That's it, I got to leave this place! I don't care what these people think I'm just sittin' here makin' myself nauseous with this ugly food that stinks!" And so you bust out the door while it's still closed, still sick from the food you ate And then you run to the store for quick relief from a bottle of Kaopectate. It works wonders y'all and always has!

When you need it....you NEED it.
Although not needed that often in our household, when we DO need it, we need it right now. It works fairly quickly and is easy on the stomach. I highly recommend it for "those" times. Always make sure you have a bottle at home, and if you work in an office, in your desk as well....just in case.
