Very good product

As stated in the headline. I am very much a fan of their cables, while I have no issues with using others (impressed with SVS subwoofer cable), Monster Cable is one I wish was still offering their full line up. Yes they had their gimmicks, but at the time so did just about every other speaker wire and speaker manufacturer for that matter. It was very much a product of its time, it was just big enough to get the sledge hammer of complaints (like every so called 'non-stick' frying pans - I can get egg to stick to anything and any brand, hold my beer and I will show you). Monster cable put out decent cables, nice jackets and do not degrade quickly - end of story. Either you liked them or you did not, I for one remain impressed to this very day. Every bit as good today as they were 20+ years ago.

This speakerwire has a double layer of coating which is very difficult to strip. While it is a well known brand I would never recommend this product.

When trying to use this speaker cable make sure remove all the outer layers of the cable. There are two layers of insulation and you'll need to ensure that both are removed. Otherwise you'll be beating your head against the wall wondering why you can't get any sound out of your speakers.
