This is one of my favorite Drake albums. It's the album before he got accused of ghostwriting and his sound seemed to change a bit rapping wise. Great songs on here. Energy, 10 bands and star 67 are amazing songs.

Was on the fence about whether or not I was going to purchase IYRTITL on vinyl and I'm really glad I did. The pressing is good quality and I definitely recommend this 2xLP if you enjoyed this album. The 2xLP comes in a gatefold style and the jacket is very thick which is nice. The shipping was very fast and there was no damage to the jacket or either of the records. The 2xLP also features two songs that are only available on the physical format ("How Bout Now" & "My Side"). Again, if you enjoyed this album, you HAVE TO buy this 2xLP. the bass on this CD Is SO GOOD in the car. i don’t know how you listen but from what i’ve heard… it’s SO GOOD. this is my favorite project from him and so glad i got the CD version to hear it in a totally new perspective… BTW the song madonna on the CD version is extended and sounds SO GOOD. 10/10

Would’ve gave it 5 starts but on the Madonna song it skips on certain parts. Could be a error on the record itself so may return for a new one. Other than that all the other songs play clearly.

Favorite artist and have been collecting vinyl recently & the project’s 10 year anniversary is coming so why not 🤷🏾‍♂️

Cool gatefold. A really enjoyable album. I'm glad I was able to find it for a decent price. Drake vinyl prices fluctuate all the time. I'm happy I was able to add it to my collection.

È un album? Un mixtape? Beh, chissenefrega. Queste 17 tracce uscite a sorpresa spaccano sicuramente più di tanti lp dai grossi budget. In mezzo non troverete nessun singolo da hit radiofonica, e nemmeno quelle trappole super accattivanti che hanno portato l’MC di Toronto verso la fama. In compenso ci sono dei pezzi come Star67 che potrebbero essere considerati uno sputacchio antipatico nel piatto in cui si mangia: “Beretta nuova di zecca / non vedo l’ora di tirarla fuori / vado dalla mia etichetta e gli faccio: e l’assegno?”. È difficile immaginare i vertici della Cash Money Record che l’ascoltano e si mettono a ballare la shmoney dance. Eppure, per i fan della peculiare estetica di Drake è come fosse manna dal cielo, o quantomeno manna dal Canada. Dal punto di vista musicale questi pezzi sono un’immersione nel sound che il rapper stava mettendo a punto nel 2013 con Nothing Was the Same. Collaboratori fidatissimi come Boi-1da si inseriscono con confusi loop di piano in modo da lasciare a Drake tutto lo spazio per farsi sentire. Le spacconate hanno perso di modestia e le invettive si son fatte più taglienti: “Per favore non parlatemi come se fossi il Drake di quattro anni fa”, ghigna in No Tellin, “sono arrivato più in alto”. Se l’abbiamo conosciuto per la sua apertura emotiva, qui siamo al grado minimo di vulnerabilità. Almeno fino a quando si arriva a You & the 6, omaggio a sua madre. È uno dei suoi pezzi migliori in assoluto, ma non lo si capisce immediatamente, perché abbiamo a che fare con un Drake più cool. Per una volta tanto non sembra uno che vuole essere ricordato come un grande. Lo è, e basta. Per quanto riguarda la spedizione e lo stato fisico dell’album, sono pienamente soddisfatto.

This Drake record is awesome, love having it on vinyl. I wish more of his albums were available on vinyl. It arrived in great condition in just two days and the packaging kept it safe. The record is pressed in the Czech Republic for anyone curious about the origin. The gatefold includes liner notes, though there is no digital download, lyrics, or inserts. Overall the presentation is clean and crisp and I am happy with this purchase.
