great costumer service
The product is a fantastic and encourages Play. I was even more impressed with the customer service of this company. I thought one of the products was not working. They were quick to call back, offered to replace the product and talked me through how to fix the problem. Turns out it was a user problem not product problem. The toy is easy to use and and fun!

Cool toy for 9 yr old who wants to set traps and spy on his parents and little sister
Fun, my son likes these. He loves to try and set boobytraps. They are small and kind of cheaply made, but fun for now! The alarm piece seems very loud for a toy.

Make sure all the parts are in working order before keeping.
Overall a good set. All but one of the items came in working order. The light for the invisible pen didn’t work and upon opening the batteries were completely corroded and it is inoperable.

Great Spy Gear Set, enough gear to keep the kids entertained for hours!
Well, SpyX headquarters came through with this kit for my 8 year old daughter. I see now that it has arrived that it received 2015 product of the year from Creative child magazine. This kit is great for kids with siblings as it is great to track, warn of invading siblings and listen in on [as a spy of course] your sibling. Its nice that everything fits on a spy belt via belt clips. Her favorite gadgets were the motion detector, which terrorized the dog for a couple of days until we turned it off, and the invisible ink pen. I know your thinking, invisible ink pen, there has to be a million of these, but this pen has a secret compartment that kids paper for on the fly spy notes and a 'UV' light to reveal the secret message you just wrote. The LED light, is a very nice laser pointer style spy light that fits over ear and was pretty entertaining. The 'Micro Listener' was a bit harder for her to use since the ear piece was a bit big for her ear but regardless watching her press it to the wall to spy on her brother was pretty precious. Well worth the investment. Solid Gear.

Not impressed
Wasn't impressed. Found it too be too expensive for the lack of quality. Simply cheap plastic that wouldn't last. We returned it for a refund.

My son of age 7 loves this watch, I cant seem to get it to say UK time, it says SYN currently, does not matter though. The message capsules fall out of the holder very easily but its to be expected. My son just thinks the motion sensor is fabulous. Great buy and happy.
