If you want to avoid that then use this equipment twice to thrice a week gently. But only this equipment might not be sufficient depending on case to case. A person may need to take multivitamins or hair growth nutrients along with natural pure oils not regular bottles sold in cosmetics. Natural Chemical Free, Cold pressed oil it canbe mustard oil, Almond Oil, Rosemary Oil, Sesame, Coconut oil if you have huge hair loss add Redencyl too. Avoid Strong Chemical Shampoos Use mild paraben n sulphate free shampoos. If possible go for Seba Med anti hair fall shampoo. Always use oil before washing hair. Make sure you washing water quality is also good. No hot water on hair if possible use normal or lukewarm water. East well, sleep well, and some 30 mins walk or excercise regularly. Intake food which is nutrient rich and supports cell n hair growth. If body is not healthy don't expect healthy hair make your overall health is good. If you have stress then fix that too. Say No to Oily, deep fry, Spicy food. Eat normal natural and take care of yourself. This device is not a magic but it shows great results in 2 to 4 weeks if used well and regularly and taking care of other things that I mentioned above about health. I really wanted to give this brand a fair shot, but I am incredibly disappointed. After receiving a first derma roller with bent needles, I requested a replacement. To my shock, the second unit arrived in the exact same condition. Once again, the needles are hooked and misaligned. This isn't just a "bad batch"—it's a serious lack of quality control. Using a roller with hooked needles is dangerous; it will tear your skin and cause scarring rather than helping it.

The best derma roller, I have found. Value for money.
