Good product!
These taste good. I like the 3mg size so I can take 1-3. I even take 1 during the day to relax my anxious body. Each of my 3 dogs get one an hour before bedtime to help them settle in. I recommend!!

Pleasant tasting dissolving tablet for every night as I get in bed to sleep. Melatonin is healthy so I feel good about adding to to my sleep routine.

Can you swallow these whole? Sublingual? Chew?
I take 2 of these (6mg). I've taken them multiple ways and all of them work. The bottle doesn't actually say if you're supposed to chew them, or take them under the tongue or whatever. It just says that they are "fast dissolving". Which they are. They taste, smell and look like candy so keep them away from kids
