Luv the phone it has the best camera on a phone I've ever had shots are clear and precise. Zoom is clear first time I've had a phone where the zoom is clear especially when taking pictures of birds it actually looks like one actually the Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra camera is by far better than the Samsung Galaxy s25

I bought this as a refurbished phone, and the price was appropriate. However, I was pretty sure they had messed up and sent me a brand-new phone. This thing is literally perfect, without a scratch or blemish anywhere. It also came with a screen protector already applied which was nice. The only criticism I have at all is that the battery literally had 1% left when I turned it on to start setting it up. It died completely while I was adding my Google creds, so I had to charge it up. No biggie, as I got the wireless charging thing too. Great phone, stupid-fast and AMAZING screen. Looking forward to getting it exactly right. If they had fractions of stars I would give this a 4.9.

I ordered this phone January 28th. Everything went ok with the phone for a couple months. It came in like-new condition and worked well. I was satisfied with it for a short while. However, in June, Samsung sent out UI6.1 Update. That update disabled the touchscreen for hundreds of S21's and other models. Check their Community forum where people are furious. I tried everything to get it back. Luckily I had a USB mouse to restart the phone and navigate. There is NO SUPPORT here on Amazon. It directs you back to Samsung dot com. When I chatted with Samsung support they were of no help and only offered a new phone at a discount. They told me NOT to buy my phone here. Amazon is not an authorized retailer even though it says "Samsung" as the seller. I still have the chat logs to prove this. A theory from news outlets is that resellers are using non-OEM screens which don't work with the new system updates. Long story short, don't buy a Samsung as they will brick your phone and not help you. Don't buy here as it is not an authorized seller and potentially used non-OEM parts that don't work with updates.

Needed a phone, and upgraded to this one. Saved a good amount of money too. Was hesitant at first, but happy I went with this one. Absolutely no problems with the phone, everything works 100%. Has slight cosmetic wear, but thats to be expected with a refurbished item. 10/10 would buy another phone from here.

Personal and work use. The only problems that I have is the display. Fisrt it doesn't take screenshots with the side of the hand when I swipe it. I went to settings follow the Instructions and still doesn't work. Also sometimes it closes the app that I'm using by itself. Other than that is in perfect condition.

This is by no means a long term review and more like my initial observations. First of all, the phone arrived quickly and safely due to the requirement of a code to receive the package. This may seem inconvenient but actually protects us as buyers and also the seller. The phone came packaged in a generic box, but it was neatly packed with a USB A to USB C cable and a cheap charging brick which surprised me. The phone didn't have that "brand new" shine to it, but it looked new enough. There were no scratches or blemishes that I could find. After about and hour, I thought I detected a large horizontal scratch across the screen from a certain angle, but after unnecessarily peeling off the screen protector, I found the screen to be flawless. I was able to set this phone up with ESim on my Visible account in minutes and this phone is lightning fast with decent battery life. I used it hard for 8 straight hours just to be sure it would survive my typical work day. So far, I'll have to say that this is one of the best phones you can buy for around $400.

I do not recommend this. I don't usually take selfies, so it took me a few weeks before I noticed that there was damage to the front camera. (There were three black spots that showed up in the pictures. I'm not sure if there's something under the screen or if it was just damage.) Since it was over the time period allowed for refunds, I kept it since it didn't bother me too much. However, perhaps two weeks later, I noticed that the screen had started to lift in one corner. I've had a phone protector on it since I first turned it on. However, despite the phone protector being on, when I dropped the phone from a TWO FEET height, the phone cracked, starting from the lifted corner and it traveled down the side and middle of the screen. A week ago, the phone started having issues with charging (slow charging and it keeps starting and stopping). Now, the screen won't even turn on despite my phone being charged. I only had this phone for 9 months! I feel like I was scammed and ripped off. If I could go back, I wouldn't even waste/pay a penny for this phone. I've never had this experience with a phone. I never even had a phone's screen crack on me. I had my last phone for 6 or 7 YEARS (Galaxy 8+), and it was (and is) in better condition than this phone! I'm extremely disappointed in Amazon and this seller or whoever "refurbished" this phone.

Al momento de abrirlo y sacarlo el celular se veía nuevo literal Pero ya viendo de cerca me percate que tiene unos rayones poco profundos en las esquinas del crista solo me di cuenta porque se ve a contra luz y fijándose bien porque si no ni te das cuenta que están ahí de verdad parece nuevo Otra cosa que la tapa trasera como que se está despegando Pero eso siempre me a pasado con los celulares de Samsung después del año les pasa eso de hecho me comentaron una vez que cada año hay que cambiar el pegamento para que no pierda la certificacion contra agua y polvo Otra la batería bien pero tiene un 86% de vida Pero en las especificaciones dice que mínimo debe tener el 80 pues cumple ami en modo de ahorro de energia y bajando la resolución a hd me dura unas 10 horas en pantalla y va muy fluido incluso con los 120 hertz apagados La neta por lo que pague que fueron 8600 fue una ganga gama alta premiun tiene de todo lo mejor de lo mejor actualizaciones hasta 2026 todo el año para cambiarlo en el 2027 excelente cámaras y no le pide nada a los nuevos s23 La neta tener un s23ultra a un s21 ultra no se siente la diferencia en experiencia y en mano sólo creo que le gana en batería pero pagarías 30mil pesos que en 6 meses costaría 20 Siempre he tenido gamas altas de Samsung y ahora vengo de un flip 4 con el procesador g1plus snapdragon y es una chingonada el flip me costo 28mil lo vendí en 15 y me compre este porque quería tener todo al tope pero como me gaste la lana en el flip y se devaluado pues me compre este es mucho mejor que el flip pero la pantalla del flip se ve como una oled no como superamoled el hdr super chingon en el flip pero creo que media pulgada más ancha la pantalla del flip estaría excelente en que esta delgada y tiene esos bordes negros eso no me gusto Pero los bordes del los ultra se ven más elegante Bueno eso es todo 👍

Ya lo compre 2 veces, una en Febrero y otra en noviembre por que me lo robaron. Tiene de todo este teléfono! Lo he comparado con un s23 ultra y créanme que por la diferencia de precios es una EXAGERADAMENTE buena compra, hace unos años era de tener siempre el mas reciente, pero siendo lógicos no hay una diferencia que valga la pena. A la fecha sigue siendo 10/10 Es mas, comparado con el s23 FE sigue siendo superior en muchos aspectos

El teléfono lo encargue una primera ocasión pero nunca llegó, me hicieron el respectivo reembolso. En esta segunda ocasión llegó antes de lo previsto, en excelentes condiciones en lo que a mi respecta, todo normal. Hay algunos comentarios que dicen que no acepta la telefonía telcel pero en mi caso la acepto (no traía nada de la compañía Verizon que, al igual, algunos comentarios mencionan que trae aplicaciones de dicha telefonía). Si puedes adquirirlo es un excelente equipo, la cámara es genial, el procesador rinde lo necesario. Claro esta que hay una posibilidad de que llegue con rayones o algunos detalles estéticos debido a ser un producto renovado (en mi caso tiene una estética 10/10) y con el 90% de batería útil. Si hay algún desperfecto actualizaré estrés comentario. (si se ve manchado el teléfono es mi culpa js, venia limpio y sellado, con un cargador sencillo). ACTUALIZACIÓN: El teléfono funciona con normalidad, tenía un detalle en la pantalla pero al parecer ya se solucionó, si sucede algo actualizaré este comentario, es un riesgo también encargar el teléfono pero vale la pena. Segunda actualización: El touch dejo de funcionar, y un parlante se le descompuso, además el sensor de la cámara al parecer estaba dañado, sinceramente no lo compren porque lo tuve que reemplazar por otro teléfono, y es tirar su dinero a la basura ya que la pantalla que trae no es original y probablemente otros componentes que tenga tampoco, además según viene liberado pero eso es mentira, NO LO COMPREN !!!!!!!!

A unos 22 días de adquirirlo falló se apagó y no volvió a encender ya le había comprado 4 fundas y la Mica y ahora voy a devolver y ver qué otra opción hay lastima se veía bien por fuera pero si no sirve que más da ojalá vendieran después de probarlo bien.😪 Actualización... Estuvo casi un día completo con la pantalla apagada nuevamente encendio la pantalla sin hacerle nada solo lo revise y ya prendía esperare a ver si hace el fallo nuevamente si lo hace tendré que pedir reembolso. Ya pasaron varios meses no volvió a fallar el celular sigue bien funcionando.sin problema.

Llegó en excelente estado estetica 9.8, todo funcional, pila dura lo suficiente, camaras y pantallas todo original, funcionando con Bait en México igual probé Telcel
