Supercharge
The first time I used this the batteries hardly charged at all. Ran them through a second time and they held a charge longer. Now, after 10 months of use, the batteries fully charge in a few hours, and the charge lasts for over six months. I have five cameras at my vacation home, and the ease of use and reliability of this charger gives me peace of mind.

Batteries did not work with my cameras
The charger works well for charging existing batteries. The 2 batteries supplied would not power my cameras. Correct fit, just wouldn't work with my cameras. Always showed no charge even after charging 2 to 3 times and getting the fully charged indicator.

Recharging Station
This is great for Arlo Recharging Batteries. Seems to be a great product, never had any issues with it. Works as advertised. Perfect for our need of changing the batteries for our security cameras. Price is right on this station.

Useless.
Rarely worked. Poor battery life. Better off spending more for the Arlo battery replacement.

Reordered this for myself after buying this for father-in-law.
Originally purchased this charger + two batteries in December for a gift to my father-in-law. He was extremely satisfied with the product. Then I started having issues with my Arlo Pro batteries not charging with the Arlo charger. I purchased this Raptor charger with two batteries based on my FIL's experience, and the Rapter's batteries worked perfectly with my Arlo cams. More importantly, the Rapter charger was able to correct whatever issue the Arlo charger had with not being able to charg my original Arlo batteries. I have thrown away my obviously defective Arlo charger! I highly recommend this Raptor charger and batteries.

DO NOT BUY - Total failure
I purchased two Rapthor replacement batteries and a charger for the Arlo Pro/Pro 2 cameras on July 11, 2024. One of the batteries has completely failed and shows that it is fully charged but when placed in the camera the camera will not power on. The second battery after a full charge on lasts for one day. These batteries are completely useless and I would not buy anything from this company again.
