Complete your James Bond collection with films featuring Roger Moore! This collection includes 3 films: Live and Let Die, The Man with the Golden Gun, and The Spy Who Loved Me. Review: The Technical Specs Lacking for "The Roger Moore Collection, Volume 2" - I ordered the "Roger Moore Collection, Volume 2" with some trepidation. No detailed information about the films' video and audio specifications were shown in the item's description or on it's packaging. The company that created the James Bond films, Eon Productions, has released a wide variety of audio and video versions of it's products over the years...some being less than desirable (one channel mono audio on an otherwise excellent DVD of "O.H.M.S.S" for example). I offer the following technical specifications for the DVDs that I received after purchasing this box set in the hopes that someone might find them useful: All four films look excellent on 480i viewing devices. All four films are imprinted (if that is the right word) on dual layer DVDs. All four films appear to have the theatrical release aspect ratio (2.35/1). All four films have English (among others) subtitle functions. The audio options for the four films included in this box set are as follows: "For Your Eyes Only": Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS "Moonraker": Dolby Surround, Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS "Octopussy": "Original" Dolby Surround, Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS "A View To A Kill": Dolby Surround, Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS I believe that all four films also include at least one commentary audio track as well. The films in this box set have no video special features - not even a trailer for the movie. As far as I can tell, the discs could be same as the feature film discs in the "Ultimate James Bond Collection" sets. I am not a big fan of the films in this set. That being said, I am a fan of the film series. The just under thirteen dollar price point (about $3.25 a film) I paid for this box set, I found to be an excellent value. It also had the novelty of filling a hole in my own personal James Bond DVD collection...precisely! Review: Moore is Cary Grant in Bond and it works! - This set is definitely the way to go to upgrade your Bond films. It has bonus extras as well as a well transferred set of 007 film classics. Roger Moore is not my personal favorite but he did keep the franchise alive through the 70's and into the 80's. Moore brought a lighter touch to Bond and made him more of a light comedy with the means and ways of 007 the assassin. There is some really great action in each movie such as the fight with a killer at the concert in Moonraker. Moore has more than his share of great Bond moments which make for great movie watching. The movie in this set are: Moonraker, For Your Eyes Only, Octopussy, and View to a Kill. All now classic Bond with the late Sir Roger Moore makin his stamp on the character.

Nobody does it better
Moore is a personal favorite Bond of mine ranked third along with Brosnan! The most fun Bonds together with great adventures! Specifically here Live and Let die and Spy who loved me are two of the best (top 10) Bond films for me! Man with the Golden gun is a decent film but is highly weird and confusing where they we’re going with it but I still enjoy it as it holds two of my favorite actors in it (Christopher Lee and Moore) The following films in the other collection (moonraker, For your eyes only, Octopussy, and View to a kill) are quite good too and mostly delightful to watch (View is very slow until the second hour). Moore just had damn fun adventures and should be appreciated more than the melodramatic depressing Craig adventures… sorry I like the first three but much of those are horribly unhappy

Nobody Does It Better
If you're a Gen X kid this is the Bond you know and love. Great to have for the archive. I can remember the Sunday night movie on ABC was often a Bond movie so I like to watch on Sunday nights.

Long Live Roger Moore!
Roger Moore was the best Bond Ever. Some people say that Daniel Craig is the best Bond, but I beg to differ. Roger Moore had the English accent, all the Gadgets, Cars, Girls, Guns. What else can you say about Roger Moore? He was the only actor that could play 007. Nobody else could came close to Roger Moore. I love all of Roger Moore's movies as Bond. James Bond. Long Live Roger Moore! Daniel Craig is not that good as James Bond. I have seen all of the James Bond Movies, and my favorite are all the Roger Moore movies. I plan on buying the rest of the Roger Moore Movies on Blu ray. I wouldn't even waist my money on Daniel Craig's movies.
