Large Corner Plant Stand

This product arrived on time and I couldn’t wait to assemble it. It sat on my back porch for a week before I had time to read the instructions and start the assembly. It came with everything including gloves to use plus a few extra parts. It is in Two parts. The first plant stand took a little longer because I accidentally put the short pieces where the tall pieces were supposed to be. But once I realized that they were easy to disassemble and make right. I watched the video from the QR code several times even stopping in between to make the piece come together piece by piece. I believe this took me approximately 2 hours spread across 2 days. The larger unit was actually faster to assemble because I had all the pieces ready. The most time consuming part is installing/pounding the 22 connectors to the uprights. I believe it is steady and will hold my plants well. I love how it has refreshed this corner of my back porch. The first picture is a before and the other photos are after. It is wide enough to hold 2 small to medium clay planters; but not for a planter 12 inches across at top diameter. It looks great in the spot I got it for, easy to put together. Fun project to accomplish in a weekend!

I have recently moved from a home to an apartment and needed some way to organize my herbs on the balcony. After looking at many different options, I chose the corner unit by Bamworld. It arrives in a well packaged box and doesn't weigh much of anything. That's important if you live on the third floor apartment with no elevator. The instructions are very well illustrated and I found it really easy to assemble. It comes with one spare part of each item. Along with some small gardening tools, gloves, and a small mallet to aid in securing the parts together. The entire process of assembly took me a little over an hour. As another reviewer mentioned, it's like playing with Lincoln logs. Fun! I admit I messed up a little during assembly by not paying atten to the direction of the slats. That added about a 10 minutes. to the project. I was able to take apart the pieces and switch them to the correct direction. Learn from my mistake and pay attention to the direction of the slats. I recommend using the gloves that it comes with. It is real wood and can splinter, although I didn't get any splinters . The wood I received is definitely darker than the one shown on the item page. But it worked well and I think helps hide all the plastic hardware. Once it is assembled, it's easy to put in place. I went with the corner configuration as shown, but it could easily be used as 2 separate stands. There is only one thing I wish was different. Once finished, the plastic connectors have an opening exposed that is unsightly and can collect water. If they added some end cap plugs to cover them, it would make it look a lot nicer. I recommend this stand if you are looking for an attractive plant shelf at a good price.

I really like the plant stand. I don't usually buy things I need to assemble; however, it was fairly easy to assemble. I watched some of the video, however, I found the printed instructions better. You need to be careful about making sure the parts are assembled correctly. I found it better to get one shelf assembled correctly then put together the other shelves. I also finished the bigger one first. My package didn't include the little gardening tools shown in the video, however, I'm not sure if I was supposed to get those.

I really love this stand! It is affordable, attractive to the eye and it has the ability to reconfigure to fit your space or plant needs!!! At first the directions seem confusing and an IKEA nightmare, but it got very easy to assemble. The size is adjustable so as as many or as few shelves as you need. It has a sturdy design and functionally stable even with weight of plants! I like the simplicity design and bamboo color because it seems to “vanish” in the background and it is simple and beautiful to look at!

I debated getting this after reading a lot of the reviews as others mentioned soaking parts, staining, etc. I'm pretty handy putting together Ikea and other needs assembly pieces, so I took a chance and I'm glad I did. First, it only looks like a lot. You actually make multiples of the same pieces, so it isn't overly complicated, and it is easy to take apart if you make a mistake. Second, wear the gloves. There is some color transfer from the wood and some pieces had splinters. Save your hands and fingers and wear the gloves. The color did easily wash out of my shirt; I didn't even need to pre-treat. Third, look at the instruction photos. They direct the positioning of the parts. Finally, use the mallet. I was skeptical (who needs this goofy mallet?!) but soon realized that shelf stability would be better if everything was level. All the dimensions are based on the same amount of wood being inserted into each connector. If you tap the legs in to the connectors and give a good hit until they don't move, they are easy to align and the parts will be sturdy. Once the two main pieces were built, they were easy to move and place. I'd say it took me less than an hour to build it, and I was working on other things at the same time, so you could probably do it in 30 min if you wanted. I had 1 extra of every piece once it was complete. I have to rearrange some of the plants as the a couple look jammed into their box. I'd say most spaces work best with 4-6" pots. Overall I am very happy and would purchase again. Or buy bigger from the same company. I debated between 4 and 5 stars, only because I don't love it as much as I want to. I went with 5 because there's nothing against the company or product.

Prodotto robusto, bel legno duro, esteticamente bello. Montaggio lungo ma non complicato. L'ho comprato perchè le mie gatte vadano su e giù dalla ringhiera con facilità e lo stanno usando come speravo.

If you like puzzles, you will LOVE putting these shelves together! I devoted some time to doing just that. The photographs in the instructions are easy to follow. The shelf is lightweight but sturdy. I had a second set of shelving from the same company, but in a different configuration, and ended up using it in combination to get a custom fit in two rooms. My plants are very happy.

Kit conforme et complet. Il y a même une pièce supplémentaire par type. Un petit maillet, des gants et une documentation de montage en plusieurs langues. Pour moi qui aime les kits, j'ai mis moins de 30min pour tout assembler. Le bois et les angles en plastique sont solides. L'ensemble au final fait un peut "bon marché", mais ça remplit l'objectif pour installer des plantes et des pots.
