Perfect and Delicious Seasoning
It is the best pho seasoning ever and it's gluten, dairy, and MSG free! I wish I could give it 10 stars. I will definitely continue to buy more.

Tasty but salty (but tasty!)
I love these cubes for a quick mug of hot broth or in soup. They make a great replacement for boring ramen soup flavor packets as well. The only issue is that they’re super salty - which I love - and the serving size is half a cube, something which people might miss when counting how much sodium they’re consuming. The cubes are easy to break in half if you want to stick with the serving size though.

Opened new doors for me!
Super convenient and good taste but... very salty so I use 2 or more times the amount of recommended water and get a much nicer broth than if I followed the package instructions.

Tastes GREAT!
This is the closest to a cleaner and healthier ingredient gf Pho that I have found, and it smells and tastes amazing!!! For now, this is our #1 Pho broth. It is well packaged and reasonably priced.

These are so yummy to add to your two minute noodles or instead of your two minute noodle seasoning or in your soup the only thing it doesn’t have that seed taste like proper Pho. Other than that so good.

This is a very good NON-powder Pho stock in easy cube form. The Hart & Soul pho pouch is still THE one to beat, but if you're after a cube-style stock this is the next best that we know of in Australia. HOWEVER - If you want to take it to a much more authentic level, just add more of these ingredients: - A twist of lemon/lime - Pepper - Splash of olive oil Plus fresh or powdered: - Basil - Mint - Chilli - Garlic - Onion ... NOW we're talkin'!!! Ăn nào !!!

Another fantastic flavour addition from Massel. Perfect — slightly Asian, yet comfortably familiar for a European palate. Vegetarian, like all Massel products, but truly indistinguishable from versions made with meat by‑products. Definitely worth trying!
