KIMVENT Closed Suction System 14 fr T-Piece White - 1 Each / Each

Not what I thought it was the double swivel elbow doesn't work with my sons trachea. I am returning for a refund but not sure if you are sending me a return label or if I just mail it back for my refund. Can you please advise me please?
