Make your favorite pair of gloves touch screen compatible by sewing conductive thread into the fingertip! No more frustration in the winter months when trying to text or call with your iPhone or other touch screen device. Converting your gloves is as easy as 1-2-3! 1) Put some thread on a sewing needle with a large eye 2) Sew loops of the thread into the fingertip of your glove, making sure there's plenty of thread on the inside for your finger to touch 3) Slip on the gloves and tap away! You'll get ten yards, which is enough to sew 20 to 30 fingertip spots. Plenty of thread to convert all your gloves and make the whole family happy.

Not bad, not good/great
I thought the product was just okay. Not bad, not good/great. The thread was a bit too coarse for my liking and the texture was rough too. I had a difficult time going through my leathers with it and it actually snapped once while trying to pull it through the leather. Are all conductive thread this way? I'm not too certain as it was my first time trying it. It's not too expensive so if you're looking for a cheap way to be able to use motorcycle gloves with your smart phone, its a fairly cheap DIY project to try out.PS make sure you add a very thick layer of the tread to your gloves to give it a high point. Having a high point lets you get a slightly better feel for which area of your screen you're touching. Gloves make your fingers fat so its difficult to see what you're trying to select.

So-so
This product is "OK". For my reasons, I use it on motorcycle gloves. Sewing this on leather gloves is TOUGH! you'd need to sew or thread through the inside and make contact with your fingers' skin in order for it to work flawlessly. If you end up with this product, save yourself time by sewing thoroughly to the inside and lots of it to ensure proper contact.Other reason for the 3 Star rating is that the thread can ruin your gloves if you remove them at a later time. It's starting to break and fall apart through riding and not through the use of the touch of screens. Does it work? --YES, if sewn on properly and heavily. Do I recommend this? ---Ehh. Maybe. Would I use it on my other gloves or new gloves? -- No.

Conducts electricity and heat
This thread works on my gloves. unfortunately the thread conducts not only the electrical charge which enables your phone to know where you are pointing, but also heat, which makes your finger cold. While it is still better than having to take your gloves off, the difference between the finger with the thread and those without, is considerable.I ended up pulling some of the stitches out. This reduced the cold, but also made the touch a bit less responsive. still works. probably better on thinner gloves.

make sure your skin touches the material on the inside of the glove
so far it works nicely, just make sure you sew all the way through both sides of your glove so your skin makes contact with at least a little bit of the thread, this may mean you will have to take your time to sew it in, and if you are using cloth gloves inside of leather gloves, you will be cutting the fingertips off of your cheap liner... but still, it works as expected and lets me play ingress in cold weather :-P

Thread works as expected. The only issue is that you have to sew through the finger of the glove so that the thread is making physical contact with both your finger and the screen at the same time. It is not as simple as sewing a patch on the outside of the glove (which I had thought when I initially purchased the item).

Works pretty good
I sewed this into some thumbs and fingers of a pair of leather gloves for using with my mobile. It works somewhat as expected, but I tend to have to press really hard for a response and using small keys like a qwerty keyboard leads to lots of typos. So it works, just don't expect to use it with gloves for texting.

Not the most attractive thing in the world, but works well if done right
Before I give my review, please note that I am not a master sower.I have sown them into a pair of light gloves and although it makes the end feel a little uncomfortable, it works very well.If done correctly / well, I am sure that one could make it comfortable and effective

Functional, easy to sew with.
Got this to sew into some gloves to help make touchscreen interaction more accurate, and more feasible. It does work, though I will say after several months of use it has a little "less" functionality now--but it rarely ever fails.
